List of Forced Teaming Missions?
No, they were "fixed" to make sure they always warn you.
Pretty sure you can drop most/all of them, though./

Does anyone have a list of which Forced Teaming missions (aka click multiple glowies simultaneously) have been fixed to do away with this requirement?
I am working Phillipa Mereaux's missions (just finished her arc), and was hoping to finally get the War Wall Defender mission next. Unfortunately, the only mission being offered is this:

We've got a dangerous situation brewing. The Council has been collecting data on heroes for some time, and we believe they have a full list of all Super Groups registered with the Paragon City government, complete with the powers and weaknesses of each member. What's worse, the Rikti found out about it. They're moving on the Council base as we speak. I need you to stop the Rikti raid and destroy the Council's files. The Council protects its most precious info with heavy duty security protocols, so you'll need a teammate to help you crack into their network.

I had heard that a few of these types of missions had been fixed so they are soloable, but can't find a list of which ones have had the treatment.
Since I can't use a mission drop for another day or two, I don't want to take this one just in case it is still forced teaming, but this of course means I can't continue with this contact.
[/ QUOTE ]
From the description text, it sounds like you'll still need help with this one. Even worse are the ones just like that that have a time limit.
What I usually do is go through and solo the entire mission except the click glowies then I find someone willing to help me out with the last bit, whether it be an SG mate or a random person in the zone. People are usually pretty easy to convince to help you out if all they have to do is click one glowie and done. Five minutes tops.
I don't like these missions either. This is the first I've heard, though, that they were working on fixing them.
I'm 90% sure that particular mission has been fixed to avoid simul-glowies, but the mission text wasn't changed. The only ones I can think of that still require teammates are a DE bio-bomb in the 20s and a Nemesis macroassembler in the 40s, and both of those are timed.
It will tell you expressly "multiple simultaneous" objects. Otherwise I always ignore the "you should have a team mate because it's tough" because the only reason it'd BE tough is if you pad your team and get higher numbers of enemies.

I just went completely through this mission (it was also a kill all), and it is still broken. It is impossible to finish without teaming. So now I will have to wait until I can use another mission drop before I can continue with this contact.
Who was the genius who decided that these types of missions were a wonderful idea anyway?

Who reads mission description anyway?

Nope, I just had that mission last week and went to see if it still needed simul-clicks on the 2 Council computers, and it did. I cleared it anyway and dropped it.
The one which really should be fixed to give a choice of missions is the level 25-30 Science contact. The very first (and only) offered mission is always a timed 2 person mission: The Missing Geologist. Taking it is the only way to get to the story arc and any other missions, but it is not part of the story arc.

"Chew Electric Death, Snarling Cur!"
I did read the mission description. However, I do recall reading several times in the forums over the past year at least that most of these were fixed so that they can be completed without needing a team. Apparently whoever was making this claim was plain and simply wrong.
And what is making this worse is that I can't continue with this contact until I do this mission, since it was the only mission she was offering (they should always offer 2 as long as there are at least 2 to offer, in order to prevent a situation like this.) (Still a day until I can drop it, and that means 4 days until I can finish Croatoa, since I always drop the final mission...not because it is hard, but because it is so tedious.)

That is an annoying one. That is a choice of either forced teaming or forced failure if you want to progress.

Except... if it's Croatoa, then it's pretty much all arcs. Arcs always offer in the order of the story.
This isn't some freaky Star Trek episode, after all.

Ah, my Croatoa comment was just a tangent. The problem mission is one of Mereaux's. I just mentioned Croatoa because I had been hoping to save tomorrow's drop for Buck Salinger's last mission. But now I have to wait 4 days since tomorrow's drop is going to be used on this 2 Glowies mission instead.
Seriously - clear the mission and ask for help That way you don't have to waste the drop on this mission.

I just might do that. No time at the moment though. Got real world stuff to do. So, looks like I stay logged in and inside the mission while I'm out. I am not going to run through this entire mission a second time. I absolutely hate kill all in Council Base missions. Those are the worst. Kill all in Council Base and click multiple glowies? Those are the worst too...

That, yeah, nuke the mission! No more Kill Alls in :
Council Caves
Larger Orenbenga maps
Arachnos labs with that "power core" room that seems as tall as IP is long...

Are there any kill alls in any of the Orenbega maps? I can't quite recall ever doing one. Of course, quote often, enemy placement makes them into kill alls, even when they are not supposed to be.

You know, I've only ever seen that power core room once, and that was on my Defeat Positron mission as my Thug/SS mastermind. I can see how that room would get annoying though.
And I fully agree with the Orangebagel comment. NO MORE KILL ALLS!
I will also take this chance to posit, NO MORE LAYER CAKE ROOMS! You know the ones I mean, that last, multi-layer room on cave maps. At least in lower levels, and for those without flight, its such a pain in the [censored]!
Okay, done ranting. You may now have your thread back.
EDIT: I'm sure it's been said before, but considering how many caves there seem to be under Paragon, you'd think the whole city would collapse in like the Hollows. Sorry, I just really don't like the cave maps. At least the Council caves and Snake caves have things in them, let them stand out some.

Well, crisis averted. Managed to get some help right before I left to go shopping. Now I can get on with the rest of this contact's missions. Still no War Wall Defender though. I bet this is going to be one of those times where it ends up being the very last mission from this contact.
Now to go negotiate the Crey Scientist's surender while the steaks marinate and grill...

I did one this morning on a smaller Oranbega map - the first mission I received from Cadao, rescuing Paragon Protectors from the CoT. I don't believe he warned me it was a kill-all.
I don't think I have ever run that mission. I usually manage to get his badge mission and his arc before that one comes up.
I may have done it once a long time ago, but can't remember.

[/ QUOTE ] There is at least one Kill All Knives mission that can have a map with that room assigned.
Got it on my Mastermind, once I saw it, and tried to deal with pets, KoA, and that terrain - I just left and dropped it.
Cake rooms don't bug me much. Clear the area by the door, then jump down and work my way to the top.
