there is always the go to button but then again i suppose that does not fix his hornyness for handlcap

...and the underwhelming Hurl. But yes, simple 'Go To' is all you need. And aren't there reports of the Force Feedback (currently bugged) proc sending him charging in?

[ QUOTE ]
To clarify, what exactly is the effect of forcebubble, is bassically a kin's repel but a larger area?
[/ QUOTE ]
Force Bubble is 'real' repel (like TK) unlike Repel which is actually k-back (like Repulsion Field). Make sense? -

Ok, time to sounds like a noob, CJ/SJ? I take it SS is superspeed
[/ QUOTE ]
Yes. CJ = Combat Jumping and SJ = Super Jump. SS is fine but will become difficult to use later on in some zones, mainly Grandville.

From my secondary set I've only gotten Lighting Reflexes and the first two powers and I only use LR and the first one, using the second one just drains my end and it doesn't seem to do that much damage (sorry don't know the names)
[/ QUOTE ]
You really want to build up your defences so you can survive long enough to build Fury. This means taking both main shields (Charged Armor and Conductive Shield) as well as the mez protection (Static Shield, which also gives you resistance to psi dmg) and the immob/k-back protection passive (Grounded). Assuming you're taking Stamina, at 24 this only leaves you space for a few attacks and a travel power (you could take CJ/SJ or Hasten/SS, depends on your playstyle really). Lightning Field is good but you can take it later. -
Long one but I'm glad we got through it. Loved watching you tank those AVs Stage

LR (preferably power boosted)
[/ QUOTE ]
Which will only affect the slow, but sure -
Both have good synergies and will work fine. The main resaon to take Ice would be for stacking slows and -rechg (along with Snow Storm and Freezing Rain). An Ice/Storm will basically slow everything to a crawl. In addition, Jack does a bit more damage although Mr Poo is good for tanking/alphas. On the other hand, VG is better than Glacier, and Earth allows you to stack 2 AoE stuns if you take Thunder Clap (although as Archy said, it's not that great on its own). In terms of secondary effects, Earth gives some nice -def and -tht which can be useful as well as -fly. Both sets have -kback in their AoE immobs which is handy for Tornado/LS, but can interfere with Ice Slick / EQ.
Edit: and Arctic Air is good, don't listen to Archy... -
I used 1 Acc 3 Dmg 2 Def_Buf when levelling (with Tactics) then switched to a mix of HOs (Lysos which will affect both +def and -def), 2 Blood Mandate IOs (for the +recov bonus) and a Dmg IO. I haven't tried slotting the Def_Debuf set procs (Achilles' Heel and Touch of Lady Grey) but that might work nicely too if you have the cash (or even the Gaussian chance for BU one, assuming it affects your pets). I do recommend getting the +def and +res pet auras although as Radio said, you might want to slot them in Gang War instead.

I think they mean only keep Single Target attacks (though i guess they could just aswell mean no Zone Temp powers).

Yes, scOulOu means avoid AoE attacks. -

Unless you mean that in game terms all powers are knockdown and their mag determines if they are knockback?
[/ QUOTE ]
Or to put it differently, knockdown is simply low mag knockback. Most people who play the game well know this though.
[/ QUOTE ]
As I said - claws do not contain knockdown. They contain knockback only. No attack in the claws set can possibly casue knockdown - only knockback.
Maybe you'll understand when you have played the game a bit longer.
[/ QUOTE ]
Clearly you don't understand how this works then. If you apply a power which does knockback on a foe several levels higher, you will get knockdown (because of how the mag works with modifiers). Try with Bonfire if you don't believe me. And stop being condescending, especially when you're wrong. -

Just to follow-up on what Mael already said, Hide + a Stealth IO gives you 800 ft of -perception. Since base perception is 500 ft, anyone with 300 ft or more +perception will be able to see you. In Siren's that means a defender with Tactics, anyone with one application of CM/Clarity and everyone with the usual +perception powerset self-buffs (Targeting Drone, Cloak of Darkness, Focused Senses, etc...). Even IR Goggles and a +perception IO would be enough nowadays

Is that a good choice for a Grav/Kin? I'm a long way off yet, but I'm a compulsive planner. Looking at the Epic pools right now, I don't have a plan, which makes me twitch.
[/ QUOTE ]
Concept aside, it's a good choice if you want a full "support" toon meaning that you focus on hard control in teams (holds, immobs, stuns) and don't want to solo much. Primal doesn't add much to your kin powers (some are even bugged with PB like Transfusion) and is lacking an AoE attack, but Power Boosted mezzes are always great for both PvE and PvP. -
[ QUOTE ]
It's a superb power power for PvP since it's -fly, -50% run speed, -50% recharge and -50% jump height. Combined with powerboost (available for /nrg blasters) the -rech and -speed is capped (cap is -90%, iirc).
[/ QUOTE ]
Although PB doesn't affect the -rechg. -
Trying to be constructive, I'm just not sure what exactly you're trying to achieve with this build apart from spending a 'Billion Infamy'. It doesn't look like a traditional PvE teaming build, or a farming build, or a PvP build, so it's hard to comment not knowing what exactly you want to get out of it. The set bonuses are of course slightly higher than what can be done without Purples, but I'm not sure it's really worth it in most cases (for example, you've exceeded the limit of 5 +10% rechg bonuses, so are you really going after that extra +def bonus? 60% +rechg is nice, but you can get the same with normal sets and a couple of LotGs). As others have said, I wouldn't rely on the the +acc from set bonuses when you are allocating slots in your respec since you will probably not have all of these right away so leaving Fulcrum with 2-slots seems dubious at best. Likewise, I'm not sure why you take Fire Blast, why you 6-slot imps or why you leave out Siphon Power. There might be good reasons for this but it's hard to tell from your build. I'm quite happy with my "cheap" perma-Hasten (and IW) build with no Purples

I'm starting to think this is RPing or that it belongs in Creative...

[ QUOTE ]
are these threads a joke or something?
[/ QUOTE ]
must be... -
I would keep Stamina: AM gives you a nice +30% recov unslotted (better than Stamina), but won't be anywhere near perma until you have lots of +rechg bonuses (get Hasten soon anyway). I don't think that the synergy between the 2 sets is bad though, although there is admittedly a bit of overlap: for example QS and LR both have -mvt but the first also has -jmp/fly and -def while LR has -regen and -rechg. CC I would skip with all the control you have (and skip Crystals too). With Stalagmites + Stone Cages at low levels along with your hold and QS, then EQ and your rad debuffs, and finally VG, Stoney and EMP: overall Earth/Rad is a very nice combo

No idea how active it still is, but there used to be "Cosmic Balance" as part of the 1AT coalition. Okton's one of the leaders, IIRC.
[/ QUOTE ]
I am??? Don't think so since my WS is no longer in it.It does exist and there are probably a few active players in it, but not many (I think White Magic can invite? it used to be run by Double, SJ and Jiaozy iirc). All of the 1AT SGs have gone very quiet now except for the Rangers and many people have put their Union alts into the new Coalition of Heroes SG (and use the Overlords base for TP). So Cosmic Justice does exist, but I'm afraid it's a rather lonely place these days

Air Superiority... wonder why no one mentioned it.

Yeah, I wonder...

Air Superiority would help too.

Purple IO sets are the exception (in principle they should give you a set bonus even when exemplared down to lvl 1) but apparently these are currently bugged.
-
[ QUOTE ]
Another quick question.. If I slot Powers that I take at lvl 32 and onwards.... Like "Hurl" and " Unstoppable" and I slot them with lvl 30 IO's Do i get the set bonuses from them even though the power is not available when in Sirens Call?
[/ QUOTE ]
No. The rule is:
[ QUOTE ]
If the power in which the Enhancement Set is slotted is not available at the exemplared level, you will lose access to all the Set Bonuses from the enhancements slotted in that power while you are exemplared.
