You really want to build up your defences so you can survive long enough to build Fury. This means taking both main shields (Charged Armor and Conductive Shield) as well as the mez protection (Static Shield, which also gives you resistance to psi dmg) and the immob/k-back protection passive (Grounded). Assuming you're taking Stamina, at 24 this only leaves you space for a few attacks and a travel power (you could take CJ/SJ or Hasten/SS, depends on your playstyle really). Lightning Field is good but you can take it later.

Yes . CJ = Combat Jumping and SJ = Super Jump. SS is fine but will become difficult to use later on in some zones, mainly Grandville.

Hey there, I'm level 23 and halfway to level 24. So time to respec. As my elec/elec brute is my first char, I've bound to have made some mistakes. Which powers shouldn't I miss out on.
I'll drop Hover for Air sup and teleport for something else, I might even drop teleport other and take Super Speed.
