Try 'Connect 4' or 'Twister'
It might be easier to understand.
If your cant come up with something better than "lol at Fulcrum Shift" without something to back it up I suggest its you wasting your time not me.
FS should be 2-3 Acc and 3 Rech, no matter how good your set bonuses are, you still have room to increase within ED limits.
I mean, we're talking about a Fire/Kin here, it should be as close to the max as you can get.

Thats rubbish. Im moving slots to where they are far more effective.
Hardly any point in investing all that infamy on set bonus if you cant make use of the slots that it frees up.
You seam to have failed in understanding the reason behind them.
Traditional slotting is NOT required, you seam to have missed this also.
My slotting is currently better that anything currently available unless those same set bonuses are applied, especially in Fulcrum Shift.

you 6 slotted char, and 2 slotted fulcrum shift, nuff said
Trying to be constructive, I'm just not sure what exactly you're trying to achieve with this build apart from spending a 'Billion Infamy'. It doesn't look like a traditional PvE teaming build, or a farming build, or a PvP build, so it's hard to comment not knowing what exactly you want to get out of it. The set bonuses are of course slightly higher than what can be done without Purples, but I'm not sure it's really worth it in most cases (for example, you've exceeded the limit of 5 +10% rechg bonuses, so are you really going after that extra +def bonus? 60% +rechg is nice, but you can get the same with normal sets and a couple of LotGs). As others have said, I wouldn't rely on the the +acc from set bonuses when you are allocating slots in your respec since you will probably not have all of these right away so leaving Fulcrum with 2-slots seems dubious at best. Likewise, I'm not sure why you take Fire Blast, why you 6-slot imps or why you leave out Siphon Power. There might be good reasons for this but it's hard to tell from your build. I'm quite happy with my "cheap" perma-Hasten (and IW) build with no Purples
CoX 50s: <ill/rad> <ice/ice> <fire/kin> <grav/sonic> <ice/storm> <earth/kin> <kin/elec> <cold/psy> <thugs/dark> <fire/dark> <dark/elec> <night widow> <EM/ninj> <mind/icy>
You can never have enough acc!! 2 slotted FS is a gimp build imo
At last something constructive.
Like I said in the OP, I was messing about at lunchtime. I actually forgot about the x5 bonus being maxed. The slots that the set bonus gives me I was putting in imps etc as they where not reqired IMO in the more traditional slotting areas. Im not sure about achieving the recharge from other sets for perma hatsen and IW but another lunchtime and I might find it.
I would still be happy with Fulcrum Shift as is, when they fix the exemplar bug with the purples.
Thanks for your input it was more interestind read than the 'lol' replies.
I have been playing with mids hero designer over lunchtime and think I have came up with the 'Billion Infamy Fire/Kin'.
Of course its well over the top but it still looks colourful.
Feel free to make any comments you like, I might actually have a go at achieveing this build at some stage, though I think my 337million will not be enough.
Yes I know I dont have any accuracy in Transferance, Fulcrum Shift and Transfusion, I have 75% accuracy from bonuses.
Im not sure about char using the Ultra Rare set though.
