My main tanker is Invuln/DM and my main scrapper is DM/Invuln so yeah I love it.
A couple of random thoughts-
1. I would not put the proc in siphon life. It does great damage as an attack and helps you keep your hitpoints topped off. I find that 4 kinetic combats, 1 Hami for Acc/Damage (centriole I think) and 1 level 50 Heal is how I spend my 6 slots on that power.
2. For epics/apps. Fireball is what you want to up the damage and give you a nice AOE. I believe it does more damage than all the other epic/app AOEs. I don't have mids open to verify though so you may want to double check.
3. I find DM/Invuln to be a more a tough oriented tank vs damage dealing. As such I play to the strengths of the build and always cap my s/l/n/e/f/c defense, HP, S/L resist cap, Solid regen and recharge.
4. With Consume, you should not have endurance issues assuming you have solid recharge, accuracy, and maybe 1 blue IO early on. With hasten you can get that up less than 1 time every minute.
5. You won't struggle with Aggro b/c of lack of AOEs and punch voke. I would not worry about that with Taunt, Invincibility and etc... Just not an issue IMHO.
6. If you use Shadow Maul, practice lining up the cone so you can always get a few baddies with each activation. I may be one of the few people that like this power.
I am sure I could think of more but these were a few random things I thought of while reading your post. -
A couple of ideas to get you back 3-4 slots.
One place you could find several slots with very little sacrifice and perhaps some gain is in your attacks. You are using a combination of siphon insight and Makos to round out your attacks where you use Kinetic combats. Instead- use the 4 kinetic combats and a single Hami Nucleolous. That will give you 3 slots back right there. Now I can understand that you may want the extra second recharge in Midnight grasp. In that case, I would go with 2 Hecatocombs for the endurance set bonus.
Also, since Siphon Life is such a huge part of my attack chain (guessing yours too)
I would replace the 2 touch of Nictus with 1 Hami Nucleolus and 1 50 IO Heal. That will give you capped damage and nearly the same heal. Also, since you are capped on HP that set bonus from Touch of Nictus is wasted.
I would take the slot from the Kismet back....with soul drain I don't find it necessary. -
What server is your WS on? Mine is on Freedom. Happy to run a couple mishes with you. May have more to do with playstyle than you think. I am certainly not the end-all expert but happy to try to help.

Agree with lower dif and larger spawns until you get the hang of it.
Your motto- warshades need tempo.
This is what I say when I play my all human WS.
More fore eclipse, mire, etc... I find if I play it like my kin trying to always keep double FS I somehow never die. If I play like a tank and try to chop em down 1 at a time it is painful. Tempo. Tempo.
Btw, Ty developers b/c with i19. I have perm eclipse, hasten, 30% def to all 3 positions. -

Fire Blast unslotted: 21.46 dps and 154.53 dpa (6 second recharge)
Mu Bolts: 17.45 dps and 125.12 dpa (6 second recharge)
Midnight Grasp unslotted: 11.3 dps and 189.94 dpa (15 second recharge)
Mids 6 slotted with purple (Hecatacomb or Apoc)
Fire Blast: 84.13 dps and 353.45 dpa (3 second recharge)
Mu Bolts: 70.23 dps and 292.92 dpa (3 second recharge)
Midnight Grasp: 43.74 dps and 418.75 dpa (8 second recharge)
I understand DOT but I would still take Fire Blast over Mu Bolts all day long. It has more than 20% more damage. Plus Fireball on an DM/INVULN scrapper is just that good. -

If you look at the ranged lightning attack in Mu Mastery the numbers are vastly different.

A quick chop on mids so disregard power order selection and etc...
So the obvious tradeoff is recharge speed. 117% vs 140% on yours. I think the attacks recharge fast enough as I have them configured but that is really your call. Other than that you could take out the Kismet and move it to health regenerative tissue for close to same regen rate you have in your last build. For that matter you could pull some slots from Physical pefection to do the same or other places. Either way this build gets you capped to S/L/N/E with decent resist values and etc... Plus you could always grab the Recharge alpha slot and have the best of both worlds.
Hope you can get an idea or 2 from it.

Here is my i19 build. I have been tweaking this for a long time and this works well for me. Should be even better with i19. YMMV

* I hate midnight grasp as it does not thematically work with my build. Also, Fire blast out performs it with fewer slots.
* If you can live without Super Jump you could easily squeeze vengence into the build and another LOTG +7.5% recharge..which I may do.

I have been working on a way to make the pyre epic pool work with this tight build and think I have met my goals. One note- you could put in the achilles proc vs Lady Grey in Melt Armor but as slow as that power recharges...your call.

I used the i19 hacked version of mids with inherent fitness/stamina to make this one. You will need that version of mids ot open this one or it won't come out correct.
I looked at fireball but the build is so endurance heavy that I like the extra stamina from body mastery pool. However, I did find room to add in mudpots and a few other changes.
Keep in mind this was a quick pass and probably could be optimized further. Yikes it is expensive though. I am not sure I will ever execute the respec because I would be clearing a ton of IOs off my shelves at my SG base for a toon that may not get that much play.

I have one parked at 50 too. I just really hated leveling this toon more than any other I ever rolled.
It was my first Stone so I felt compelled to finish the job.
If I ever do get around to slotting it, I will also include pyre epic for fireball.
Has Castle ever commented on fixing EM? It really needs a fix. I mean if they can remove fear from Burn, come on! -
Nope not capped on regen. Also that's why I slotted hibernate with numinas....it works harder than a single 50 heal in my last health slot. I think you may be confused with the cap on 5 of the same bonus.

This is what I had planned for my Ice tank prior to i19.
Now that I need to find 3 more powers I am thinking-
1. Superpeed to throw a stealth IO in for convenience on long TF.
2. Maybe Conserve Power from epic.
3. Hmmm maybe Focused accuracy with the Gaussains unique.
I want to wait for the official mids and not the hacked one to figure it out but curious what you all think.

As a melee guy, I have deleted more blasters in there 20s than most people. To date, I have a Psi/Energy and Archery/MM that have endured but not tapped out at 50.
I have discovered that this Elec/Fire/Force blaster makes a great blaster for somebody who loves to get in Melee range and AOE the crap out of mobs. As long as I watch my hitpoints and play fairly smart, I have no trouble keeping up with the scrappers and brutes of the worlds. If any of you reading this love AOE and melee, you need to give this blaster a try. I started it after my psi/energy and archery/mm and finished it first. Also, I keep hearing people talk about animation times for 2 of the PBAOEs (combustion and short circuit) but I really don't have any issue with it.
I have been doing routine speedy ITFs lately with this guy and it is a blast watching mobs of Cimerorans drop in a matter of seconds...no chiseling away at them and no faceplanting for me every 15 minutes.
Regarding the build-
I don't have my Mids recipe on this computer or I would post it but-
1. Melee is 33% (1 small purple caps me when I need it)
2. AOE and Ranged are ~24%
3. S/L Resist is near 50%
4. I have the force field and force of nature as 2 panic buttons.
5. Good recharge around 125% with hasten.
6. 7 AOE, PBAOE, and damage auras. (skipped the nuke)
7. No travel power until i19
The only thing I am thinking of changing is hotfeet, because of the fear factor. I may pick up the nuke or the snipe in place of it but not sure yet. -

I have a question about the patron power pools.
Well I have my i19 build ready and it uses the pyre epic pool. I get capped defense to S/L/N/E (a few% away from capped on F/C). 74% resist to s/l and 28% to all else. Capped hitpoints, crazy regen, recovery and recharge. I have about 95% of this now with my i18 build and nothing really hurts me.
Now for the fun- I decided to take this toon to the redside to grab some badges and open the patron power pools. I soloed this arc and it took me forever. I needed help with a couple of the AVs but soloed most of it. So after hours of work by myself, I feel like I should evaluate one of the patron power pools vs. pyre. I don't really need this toon to be tougher, but I want damage from either the epic or patron power pools. Pyre still seems like the obvious choice but maybe I am missing something. Should I substitute one of the patron pools for pyre? I really don't have much experience with the patron power pools.
What do you all think? -
I vote for Invuln.
WP would be tied but you already have WP so why not something different. Fire/Invuln would be tough but you will have to slot endurance reduction early. Also, WP likes attacks that have mitigation... i.e. SS, stone. Fire is all damage and you wont get the mitigation to allow your WP brute to regen yourself. -
Well I am a tanker fan too (majority of my toons are tankers). However, if you are looking for options, I would say scrappers, brutes, and maybe trollers would be a good fit too.
Defensive scrapper- If you want nearly tank tough but more damage, I really love my DM/Invuln/Pyre scrapper. I run +4x8 content with him no problem. He is capped to S/L/N/E , 37% to F/C. 74% resistance to s/l. 26% ranged, Capped hit points and lots of accuracy and recharge. He stays alive when some tankers hit the deck. The standard elec/shield or fire/shield would be fun too. Not as tough as dm/invuln but still tough and a nice damage boost from AAO. IF you want a scrapper that plays pretty easy from level 1 to level 50, Willpower secondary is very simple.
All Human WS- If you like the click nature of a fire/fire or say regen, an all human WS is a blast. However, the lvl 20-30 for an all human WS is really a tough patch that you have to plan for. Some will take nova early and respec out of it. I never took a form and I was fine but i knew what to expect. I have mine built with perma eclipse of 85% resist to all, tons of recharge and a fair ammount of defense. This guy is a damage machine...again not as tough as my dm/invuln scrapper but probably more fun like fire/fire scrapper or tank.
Trollers- I have never had problems soloing my fire/rad or fire/kin trollers on some pretty difficult content. Strategy is key to do this well though.

Just another- DM/Invuln lovefest post.
I decided to roll this toon b/c I love my invuln/dm tank (my primary toon) so much. After, several months of play I hit 50 and just finished my IO slotting yesterday.
Wow! While it is not as tough as my tank it is tougher than most brutes and several tanks...plus does more damage. I ended up with 44% def s/l, 33% f/c/n/e adn 73% resist to s/l. With the self heal, and endurance recovery tools it is pretty much indestrutable. I can run content with this toon that my fully built elec/sd scrapper could never run. My only achilles is psionic but I have enough HP, regen and some ranged to deal with most circumstances just fine.
If you have not tried one...you should. Wait don't make one because I like being one of the few with it -
