So you love AOE and Melee? - Elec/Fire/Force
I have an elec/fire/fire, and I'd recomend the nuke. Nuke/blue/consume and never need to even slow down (although granted, will need to re-toggle as you move between groups)

As a melee guy, I have deleted more blasters in there 20s than most people. To date, I have a Psi/Energy and Archery/MM that have endured but not tapped out at 50.
I have discovered that this Elec/Fire/Force blaster makes a great blaster for somebody who loves to get in Melee range and AOE the crap out of mobs. As long as I watch my hitpoints and play fairly smart, I have no trouble keeping up with the scrappers and brutes of the worlds. If any of you reading this love AOE and melee, you need to give this blaster a try. I started it after my psi/energy and archery/mm and finished it first. Also, I keep hearing people talk about animation times for 2 of the PBAOEs (combustion and short circuit) but I really don't have any issue with it.
I have been doing routine speedy ITFs lately with this guy and it is a blast watching mobs of Cimerorans drop in a matter of seconds...no chiseling away at them and no faceplanting for me every 15 minutes.
Regarding the build-
I don't have my Mids recipe on this computer or I would post it but-
1. Melee is 33% (1 small purple caps me when I need it)
2. AOE and Ranged are ~24%
3. S/L Resist is near 50%
4. I have the force field and force of nature as 2 panic buttons.
5. Good recharge around 125% with hasten.
6. 7 AOE, PBAOE, and damage auras. (skipped the nuke)
7. No travel power until i19
The only thing I am thinking of changing is hotfeet, because of the fear factor. I may pick up the nuke or the snipe in place of it but not sure yet.
