You can ghost through mission undetected with two layers of stealth (SS+IO, Hide, SS+Stealth, etc.), so I have a hard time believing that's the problem. At any rate I don't mind the 30-second forced detoggle but why keep the "nophase" period in? If you want to chain phase powers you need to have more than one and that's not usually something people will go out of the way for. I'd kill to be able to use Phase and Hibernate interchangeably on my PvP Therm because sometimes I'd rather use one over the other, and thanks to the nophase period, I can't use either during a certain period after I've already used one.

While you can ghost most missions with just Invisibility, there are mobs that completely ignore all stealth such as the Rikti Drones.
I don't agree the ability to safely "ghost" a mission is a great reason anyway, but for a different reason. Any travel power will let you speed by mobs before they get their attack off, even fly. The only time you'll run into problems doing it this way is if you have to speed past a mob you've already been alerted to, or you get stuck on something. Heck, SS comes with stealth built into it, so I personally don't buy the "mission ghosting" reason.

You can throw in KoA and Rularuu as well. As far as stealth concerned, powers like SS will stop granting stealth as soon as you attacked (got damage rather), opening you to other MOBs that normally can't see through invisibility. -

That's correct. You should have pretty experienced yellow agro tanks to make it successful. Also, having couple darks with HT for AoE rez very important too. -

When you have THAT many nukes, yes! :P
I'd defer to Sandolphan for the exact strategy, but it was requested that everyone have all 3 Warburg Nukes. Not everyone did, but there was at least 25 people that did have all 3 (if I remember correctly.)
We dropped nukes in stages, mainly to keep from hitting the respawn level of the Mitos.
But, once the first bloom was down, we just barreled through. We waited for each step to drop remaining nukes. Once the call came out for all pets (Shivans, Vanguard Heavies, and anything else anyone had) Hami was down in no time.
One of the coolest raids I've been a part of. I'd like to see another one, but it took a lot of planning, thanks to Sandolphan and EVERYONE that stepped up to lead the teams.

ConFlict have led similar (under 10 minutes) raid on Justice, red side, few months ago. The preparation took a lot of time and effort. Whole week before raid, ConFlict and his friends were helping other players obtain nukes and shivans, were leading multiple rikti ship raids to help with Vanguard merits for HVASes... But raid itself was tremendous fun and success.
2-3 months ago Justice started to run non-retreat raids (Blue side), it allowed to cut down raid time from 40-45 minutes on average to 25-30 minutes. -

Sorry I missed this one. OP, you are right, it's broken. It's been broken since release, with no hope of it being fixed. What has happened is that a few players have been doing it so long, that the things that you call broken are now the only challenge of the thing.
At this point, I hope the only thing that they fix is the stupid Tech. Hell, I want to see the 54's come back. Maybe then it will get the merits that it deserves.
PS, is the Flier Still giving merits in the STF?

I keep hearing this but never seen any actual proof. I've yet to see an ill/rad who can solo the Kronos Titan or a DE Monster (bonus points if no temps/insps are used)

I tried to solo DE monster (Quarry) on my ill/rad, gave up after 10 minutes. I couldn't produce enough DPS and -regen to even scratch him. -

Well, yesterday I decided to go ahead and edit my CoT single mission arc. I expanded the story extensively by adding several more objectives with many additional clues, a plot twist that added a minor boss, a major overhaul of the text, etc.. It took me at least 4-5 hours of hard work and I was still not quite finished. Just as I was about to add the last couple of objectives.... yup, you guessed it, 'Disconnected from mapserver'.
In retrospect, I wish that (frequently) along the way I had saved it to local, 'just in case', but I didn't.
After that happened, I was very tempted to forget about the whole thing. Then, I calmed down and decided to do it all over again, but this time, I saved the arc on my local drive to make the changes. (I really am that stubborn) It took me until after 1 AM, then I tested it. (of course, since I did it locally, no mapserver snafus occurred)
I do like the changes because it really does improve the story, IMHO. Now, I am debating whether or not to delete the older version (only 6 plays/4 stars) and put this one up instead. I might do some final editing and a few run-throughs to make sure it all works correctly, then just go for it.
If they made it possible to upload changes from the local drive, I'd be golden and not have to worry about starting it all over again at 0 stars. Most of those plays were not friends of mine so, apparently, the people that did try it liked the original. I just hope the remake is going to be worth starting all over from scratch.

Cross server is going to be problematic. Until recently, Justice was running 2-4 scheduled blue side Hami raids a week. The Hive was full 30 minutes before scheduled time. -

Usually, i'm trying to keep track of my merits as well. It is true that sometimes you are getting merits even the merits reward message doesn't hit chat log, but in some cases you just not getting merits at all -

I see him just rip targets apart regularly. Burst, Slug, Buckshot, Beanbag here and there, Snipe if the opportunity presents itself (Calibrated Accuracy on that making it almost never miss). For AoE work, Full Auto and M30 are enough, and usually the opening on a wave following the Snipe and a Freezing Rain. Most groups won't survive long after that.

AoE destruction is one of the things Assault Rifle is not just good, but the BEST at, that much I cannot disagree with. However, it's when it comes to nasty things like, say, a Hercules Titan, a Cheif Soldeir/Mentalist, Greater Devoured and so forth that Assault Rifle really hurts more than any other set, with the possible exception of Electrical Blast, though Assault Rifle tends to suffer more due to many things resisting Lethal damage. Surprisingly many, as I'm finding out through Surveillance.
What Assault Rifle is even worse at is Elite Bosses. Yes, technically I just took out Ghost Widow (EB) solo with my 50 Assault Rifle/Devices/Munitions Blaster thanks to a forest of Trip Mines and copious uses of Surveillance and Targeting Drone, but that was also done thanks to four purples, one of them medium, and two reds, as well as another red that dropped off a Tarantula, I think. That's a one-off event. By comparison, something as fairly common as a Gunslinger boss is hell and high water because they deal MASSIVE amounts of damage and, lacking concentrated single-target damage of any sort (to say nothing of sleep and hold protection), are too hard to kill before that damage becomes a terminal problem. In fact, I'm going to go up to Malta RIGHT NOW to test just how horrible the recent AI upgrade has made them.

The biggest problem I had with my AR blaster was soloing The Red and the Black arc. Vanguard bosses were much harder than any malta. -

Even if TF has AV in it, AV will be scaled down to EB in case if only 2-3 players are on TF and all others quit... -

I'd like to suggest that the regular TFs/SFs be reworked along the lines of the Oro TFs - specifically that instead of AVs you have the option of facing EBs.
Why? Because the core of I15, so far as I can tell, is 2 new high level TFs. I'm not overly excited about that, since although I've enjoyed the TFs I've been on with various characters - Synapse, Moonfire, Katie, the Cap au Diable SF and the ITF - in every case I've only been able to follow the story by reading the Wiki entry after it's over.
The ITF is probably the worst case - I didn't even know that Imperious is supposed to be an ally in one of the missions - as far as I recall the team skipped past him in accordance with the rules of 'speed' TFs. It would be nice to be able to stop and follow the story, drink in the atmosphere. I'm not saying make them easy - I've done the Mender Lazarus SF and that last room is hard, even if they are 'only' EBs.
It works for the Oros - indeed 'A Spider Spins His Web' in particular feels like it was written as a solo TF - especially the second mission where you have to fight Recluse's champions.
AV soloing is, I think, not for everyone. Downscaling the AVs, as is done in every other mission and story arc in the game, would open up the TFs to people who, for one reason or another, seldom experience them.

BTW, just came to my mind, there are TFs/SFs/Trials that are impossible to solo unless objectives are scaled down as well. These are like: Hess ( click 2 puters at the same time ), Dr. Q (multiple missions with 4 simultaneous clicks), CoT Trial (8 clicks), etc... -

Some people finish an arc and don't want to rate it. Maybe they're just "playing through" or what have you. I'm one of those. I didn't realize until later that whenever I completed an arc and failed to rate it, the individual was getting a 0 star rating.

Not sure about this.. I think it would be better to require a comment for 0 and 1 star ratings. It is really annoying to log in and see the number of ratings on your arc increase, no ticket message, and your rating drop significantly.
Happened recently to me.. my arc was holding a 4.5 average with 8 people having played and then the next day it goes to 10 rated and a 3 star. No feedback, no tickets (so at least 2 stars) but it had to be 0 or 1 to drop it to a 3 star rating on 2 votes.
Another idea to help people decide if an Arc might be worth playing is if they have a context window over the ratings that breaks down how people rated it. Like:
3 five star
4 four star
1 three star
1 one star
1 zero star

The 5 that cleared the first mission also completed it for the 2 on the other version of the map, but their exit button didn't work, after they exited the long way, they could join up with us for mission 2.
The 8th never did get back on the TF.
Edit - Victory 2130 ish UK so 1630 Eastern
2nd Edit several of us then DCd on exiting the final mission, so no idea if we got any merits as was no message before or after exiting to say.

Regarding the crash on TF completion: while, IMO, it is unrelated to 1st issue you described, I saw the similar thing 3 times in last week. It happened to some of my teammates during Manticore, Sister Psiche and Citadel TFs. Strangely enough, I have never been affected by this. -

Some people on you team were im MA TF mode probably. We had similar issue on 1st or 2nd day of i14 release. We formed ITF with half team still being in MA mode. When entered 1st mission, half of team members just disappeared from team list. Actually they went into different instance of the mission. While exiting it, all of them had hard crash. After they came back, we quit TF, reformed team and restarted ITF without any problems. -

I'd say it is related to someone had AE TF on. We had similar issue when started ITF. Half of team went to different zone and hardcrashed... -
