I use that White Shield Icon and edited it to read "petcom_all follow defensive" and that gives me BG providing their in supremacy range.

The Arrow Icon became "Petcom_All Goto"
The Damage Icon became "Petcom_All Follow Aggressive"
Passive and Attack my target stayed same.

Well I have seen busier sections of the forums which must mean most people have blown through their VEATs and moved on. Maybe there is love left, I dunno, but I made 5 and yes you can get dual builds in i13 but "I've named them".

For anyone still loving their VEAT or making one there is a little known channel called VEATs. I can't remember who made it, but as things go, 10 channels ain't normally enough anyway but if anyone fancies joining it in the hopes of meeting more people for the VEAT team experience I am sure that'll be welcomed. The only flaw in it is that I haven't got a clue if its defiant based or union based and as you can imagine the number of villains is low, the number of lvl 50 villains is lower still and the number of VEATs still played is lower again, but its something that maybe worth a shot trying given time.

So rather than target and click a power, its easier and quicker to target, run to, and smack it with an attack that will obviously never miss, obviously always take said target off that someone or obviously flatten said target with one hit.

Your not the first person to say that but it makes as much sense as the devs dropping hasten cos Lost Ninja wants them to (No really he does ) A lot was dished out during 2005 and 2006 on the matter but its not so much a can of worms you are opening now, cos at the end of the day, everyone should have something in the game to discover. A scrapper can generally steal dangerous targets to others more effectively in PvP and PvE and act as a second tank on an AV if needed. Lets count the AVs its impossible to tank as a scrapper in a team shall we, and its "0".

Nova, Armageddon, 6 slotted, expensive and what does the 6th slot offer? 5% Res to Toxic, well a blasters a kill or be killed kind of AT. I certainly would feel that 145.75% ED'd down to 101.86% is rather a painful drop and so would lose damage to up another attribute like recharge, with that faster and situational anyway when it comes to recharge on the other powers I'd wonder if some of the recharge buff is only shaving milliseconds on some powers.

In the snipe you maybe better off with the chance for neg dam than the damage in terms of DPS. I don't like massive ED hits anyway. Right I was only waiting for someone in game so had time to look, gtg now.

I have to turn the sound up to find a glowie. In one ear I am partially deaf whilst the other one is actually alright. Being in a mission for too long looking for something makes me feel ill too, it's a lot like getting travel sickness. As far as I am concerned they should have massive arrows pointing to them as an option.

I'd disapprove of someones tank and tanking if they're the lone survivor "and" is laughing about it and I'd disapprove of a whole team for applauding. I like to think that the cause of problems is always down to learning from someone. I go off my trolley if there is a warning on what or what not to do and then someone didn't heed it, especially the simple stuff.

A 32 WP tanker vs a +5 Mary Macomber and co, no way thats gonna go down to well without ample taunt slotting but at 32, give the guy a break, could I scrap tank her easy with any scrapper? Definitely but his aura will suck vs all else. Then someone will blame him for the fatalities whilst I count one person forted or somethings like that.

I'd love a Motorbike, Helicopter, Plane etc for a travel powers but apparently it can't be done.

Major No! If you don't like it and want another attack I recommend Air Superiority. Its DPEPS is lacking but it more than makes up for it in other ways. Basically when it comes to attacks, if you don't have enough with what is there, then you are doing something wrong.

*Blind* - well I actually prefer this to the above really as I go with that on Vigilance and certainly Zukunft...my first thought is "there is life?" and then I think that I must make "first contact" XD (quality/quantity though I must say).

I do this:

"Lvl32-35 team vs 37 nmes, would you like to team?"
"I am a lvl41 scrappy lft can I join your team pls?"

Could macro them.

This is so they don't need to ask back with a question or check search. I know that the very fact that some people feel rudely obliged to have to do those things so as to not find themselves wasting time, makes them feel that a reply isn't even earned. I am not part of another human race and so however I have felt at times is how some others will. Besides that there is legitimate afk without entering /afk which I do alot.

Oh and from PMs, me and Tuarus thing panned out as an expected misunderstanding. He's a good guy. I am evil.

How well will Black Hole work on Tankers in PvP?

This should pan out with a conclusion that what maybe considered rude could often be a misunderstanding based on a false assumption or based on one not knowing that the other one is believing in having done something, they didn't.

Plus its hard to find anyone who isn't momentarily hypocritical especially during times when poor patience has grown.

Take this example; in the level 40s the team captain tired of being mezzed and tired of asking the empath 9 times for CM when he was blasting away with far weaker blasts and upon seeing them CM others, decides the Empath is ignoring them deliberately and kicks them.

What is lost is the idea that an Empath can get to 40+ without knowing what CM stands for and so had no idea of what the leader wanted. I would wonder how far someone can go but you never know.

In all this, though I am wondering where any idea of on going friction between Tuarus and me came from.

When the crunch comes to the crunch resistance is very important. I do not want to be fussier about team make ups as I rather value players over powersets.

(Aww) Now I can gather that most of the time you're very nice and that maybe it was an off day where you "thought" you sent me a tell. I am used to accepting invites without typing a damn thing from playing on Vigilance and Zukunft. People just hook up.

I believe that I may of been less than 5 mins from logging in. I went off to do something, whilst logging in and came back to an invite. I got no tell, my chat was as empty as it would always be on a hardly played character. If I did see a tell I would of said something. I thought "Oh this guy is quiet". I did wonder if I was on hide but if I was how'd ya find me anyway? Didn't matter, I was afk when you sent it; then I joined to become teamed with you, I then traveled half way across Faultline which takes 30secs, got to you and then you quit. I call that rude.

I openly admitted "I can be rude as I openly RP early" on in this post. When someone trying to invite me asks me a stupid question I give them a stupid rhetorical answer. I like to see details, details that I give when I invite because in the middle of something I would rather not have to ask or use /sea. I am always in the know of what level enemy I will be fighting before I am inviting, and when asking to join a team I give details about my level because no end of times as a lvl50 in Peregrine I have been invited by a 10 in atlas who then says "PL me pls".

I didn't even realize me and you Tuarus had ever spoke to each other before. I am *Confused* as to why I am informed by someone in authority that we had.

Despite the change I think it needs some better resistance, high end. I don't have to play one to 50, I can make any tanker pretty much feel like one using insps and the onning and offing of the toggles.

I for one see the Auction house as something of a gambling venue and believe that there should be many ways of avoiding without waiting a lifetime for some particular recipe to come along.

I always send tells to people but since I started using search way back in I4, I have been unable to see peoples full search comments. I am limited to seeing a couple of short words. Anything over about 5 characters I cannot see. Maybe other people have the same problem.

Yeah this one guy on Defiant server sent me a BLIND invite and to which I joined anyway but as I got to him he quit team. Upon looking at his global it read <name deleted by GR: name and shame is not allowed>

I 1 starred him incase he was on a team of mine in future so I can make sure I look after all the nicer people first.

I wouldnt mind if this system starts by looking at my contact lists and looking at my task force achievements and automatically backdates some merit badges as I would be rich

No greater than normal end issues me thinks but its dependent on what powers you take and the trials you face.

I think melee based characters shouldn't get mezzed but instead incur a penalty on DPS through something else. Ranged damage should be modified by the range ie the further away you are the less damage there is. Suppression could happen on select attacks like the heaviest instead of all and even more so on the ranged attacks.

Hard earned builds with bonuses should count and people should scale to meet the challenge of all the Pro Gankers out there.

With base figures, first Damage per Action time is sorted for burst purposes, with damage + effect per end/Area being equal then everything is tweaked to consider the attack chain over time. Any power pool resistance or def has to translate to res or def all or Temp armours that give a Max res of X amount to Y type damage could be bought.

Then lose insps as that is for cheats It would be nice for them not to matter really and so no one is running back and forth to a shop.
