And after 4 years of this game, I thought I couldn't learn something new. Nice to know!
-
Just throw one IO Acc in there and hope it hits, beyond that, it's still 'generally' not worth slotting. There is almost always something better to slot.
But hey, if you want to, go for it! It's likely not 'ideal', but it definetly wouldn't hurt. A zero END attack that you can always use is nothing to scoff at. -
Same here, finally went through.
-
Yep, same problem here, seems down since earlier this week.
-
Change the Granite Armor model? Go for it!
I'm not 'that' attached to that thing, I wouldn't mind seeing it slightly evolve. -
Also a great arc: One Million Eyes
Features Malta, so don't solo it unless you can handle being mezzed. But great story, two thumbs up! -

Blight (140423). The best arc in the entire MA system right now. It's pretty much a crime that it only has 68 votes as of this writing.

This needs to become 'Dev's Choice' right now. Fantastic! -
I have seen many people do this, however, I could not find any info on how to do this in any of the guides.
I know one of you knows. -
Costume Contest in Atlas Park
Arc Id#: 230255
Author: @Necrotron
Features several of the best costumes I've discovered in a short and solo/lowbie friendly mission. -
I'd recommend to anyone the Repeat Offenders:
www.repeat-offenders.net
or simply visit Superground & Villain Recruitment sub-forum here and read about them.
It's a huge group of mature players and pretty much the reason I am still playing this game. -
Yes, that's what it's implying by stating it has 25% recovery resistance.
-
Great guide! I remember my first time in this game these guides helped me out a great deal.
For a nitpick, I think Smoke it auto-hit in PvE now, so you don't need accuraccy anymore. Not sure if anyone mentioned that yet. -
Depends on what kind of lamp.
-
So now...it's time for stalkers to make the anti-anti-stalker. Teleport FTW!
Great guide, by the way. You hit just about everything. -
There is a video of the upcoming new wings on YouTube. I'm sure if search, you can find it.
Edit: see post above me. Beat me to it! -
The jumpjet works wonders for my Super Speed toons.
-
Could it be related in a similar fashion to the sound loop bug in that the data being sent to use a power is skipping and hitting twice, causing to be charged twice?
-
My whole attitude towards this is, eh, I'm disappointed by the advantages of SGs, and move on.
Maybe in a year or two they will give us worthwile incentives, until then I'll just play the game as I always have. -
Yeah, I got one-shotted by Back Ally Brawler with my robots in Defensive and half still alive (on villianous even).
Man, that guy hits hard. -
Agreed with the MM pets and doors issue.
As it stands currently, it basically requires that you dismiss and resummon after entering a door because the bots can take as much as 2 minutes or more (if ever) to enter the door. Even using the "goto" command doesn't help.
Note: They seem to get confused just like they do when you tell them to shoot something around a corner and the first bot turns the corner and fires, while the rest confusingly try to walk to the same point until (after several seconds) they realize that they will have to calculate a new path. -
Was browsing for someone else to notice this, but didn't see it.
You can't kill the civilians!?
Great, I can shoot them, but I never do any noticable damage to them. Ran several mayhem missions, always the same results. I hope this is a bug... -
Since Trick Arrows is all targeted AoE, which requires skill to hit a large portion of the mob and limits their ability to hit all minions if they are spread out, in conjunction with the fact that their debuffs take a substantial amount of time to apply and keep applied, their their debuff values should be higher than that of their counterpart Defenders, Dark and Rad.
This, however, is simply not true. Not only are the debuff values fairly comparable, Dark and Rad have a heal which greatly increases their value and survivability as well as their debuffs are more concentrated in fewer powers, allowing them to debuff quicker and use other powers in the same time frame that Trick Arrows is still applying their similar value debuffs.
Simply buffing Trick Arrow debuff values beyond that of Dark Miasma and Radiation Emission should increase their value substantially and make it an even more fun set to play. As it stands right now, it is primarily used by "concept" and "RP" players and less adored by the masses, despite Manticore's popularity and the cool idea of it. -

Hover used to be good for KB protection until ED gutted it's movement speed potential. I used it on my DA Scrapper for a long time.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ain't that the truth! I originally tried Hover on my shiva-inspired Fire/Ice Tank. I dropped that quick once I realized how freaking slow it was and my inability to move in combat. Fly is out of the question due to travel power suppression. So, its back to 3 power pool powers for Acrobatics.
IMHO, diversity of choices is a good thing, but leaving holes in an up-front, aggro-drawing archtype like this simply funnels us all to take Acrobatics to fill that hole.
Honestly, getting knocked around can be fun, but as a brute it isn't just cute to be able to be knocked around, it's downright lethal. -
Once again, this is the reason I am continually underwhelmed and disinterested in doing anything with supergroups.
