I think the Copy Tool is down again

I've been running into the same thing since yesterday morning.
Same here, it's very annoying as I'm supposed to be attending an all Kheld ITF on test sometime soon, and I want to get my IOed WS to test 
Please fix this devs
yeah i couldnt switch any toons over tonight...very annoying since I spent an hour setting up the test server on my comp
Yes, I was about to start a new thread until I saw this one. So add me to the list of character copy tool not working, been waiting for over an hour now and still has not copied.
Same problem here as of Sunday morning.
Down for me as well.
I'm getting Download file manifest, when i try get in!

i tired to copy one too this am, and got copy in progress but nada when i logged in.

Been trying for 48 hours w/no luck myself.
Yeah.. I have been trying for a couple of days myself with no luck. I guess they want us to level up new toons. I did get my Elm/Regen scrapper to 36 though! 
My copies finally went through, just took about 24 hours. Hope everyone else's did as well.

the character copy tool is ALWAYS down. it gets fixed then 3 days later, down again. another reason why current problems should be fixed before moving onto new stuff.
RED CAP DAGGERS: if you want them red side on infinity, send a pm i have the mission to get them for dual blades.
*Sigh* seems it is down again. I've tried to copy a character 3 times in 3 hours and its been about 45 minutes and it still says copy in progress :-(
I can please only one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow isn't looking good, either.

Go to "News,Events,and Announcements" on the forum. You will see the posting there from Niviene.
I suggest you do not delete or attempt to reroll a character. As this will affect the ability to use that slot and possibly loose the name until the store is back up and running.
I believe our children are our future and I reflect on the lessons and values we taught them.

I've asked for the tool to be restarted. In the future, please PM me if you see it go down again. Now that I'm back from paternity leave, my inbox is now accepting PMs.

Secondly, gratz on the new addition to the family.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Is anybody else having difficulty getting characters copied over to the test server? I swear, It has been like 3 hours and mine still haven't shown up...
Same here. Tried several times but even after several hours no toon has showed up on test...
Yeah, no luck here either. Tried to copy a toon over last night and a couple times today but got nothin.
Characters didn´t transfer to test server since 3 Days
I've been trying to copy a character all day, and the tool keeps listing that character as "available to copy" (as opposed to "copy in progress"), but the character's not showing up on my test server character list.
Issue 16 made me feel like this.
