  1. the graphics really do look cool and all, but the sound effects it makes are just god awful

    i know its not advisable to skip the pet in the control set but i honestly do not like the pet much, the sound effects are terrible and personally i would prefer something a little more "dark" like nerva spectral daemon lord esque

    when i saw what it looked like in the character creator in beta i thought it was cool looking, but actually seeing it in combat just makes me disapointed and want to skip it (i know its AI is a little broken atm, but thats not what im disapointed about)

    personally i like the shades from the Haunt power more than the umbral beast
  2. to my knowledge there have never been rogue arachnos is st martial

    the only place i know that spawns rogue arachnos is warburg and some various mishs

    leandros data is actually a 1 second difference in kill time, maybe its even less than 3 sec? could be possible too

    theres prolly several things

    A) poeple are still too used to preformed teams

    b) people dont know that you can queue in instances now

    c) nobody trusts the avg wait times because they are highly skewed by poeple who participate in choice A and queue for <1 sec

    basically this, ive learned to essentially ignore all the avg wait times because they are so inaccurate to what we would expect
  6. this badge is currently bugged and the window is much smaller than 30 sec (a lot of sources indicate its closer to 3 seconds)
  7. even with a slightly longer animation time that shouldnt stop a dark control dom from perma confusing an AV, my mind dom with 210% rech can easily stack almost mag 100 confuse and you only need mag 56 (50 to surpass PTOD, 6 to surpass the AV rank protection)

    that and if you went dark assault you also get power boost clone which effectively doubles your confuse duration for a few stacks (prolly less useful with AVs but it helps)

    if you read the examples me, leandro, and turg posted all of us have gotten the badge, the timer window for the kill is just very narrow, not 30 sec like the badge says
  9. on max's arc i decided it not to rescue any of the malta guys and just go straight to the last mish, its really not all that hard lol
  10. on victory server we did a hero DIB and got the badge when we killed them near simultaneously (was like 3-5 sec between the kills)

    im thinking its possible that they messed up on the timer between kills for the badge instead of it being 30 sec like badge says it might only be 3 sec

    in general lifetime subscriptions to games usually mean the game is not doing well and has the possibility of dying in the next few years (CO is a very good example of this)

    i like power proliferation too but you cant put melee sets on ranged ATs, it just doesnt work that way

    i remember that, it was brought up during the previous multi month reward time, as i recall the grace period was about 24 hours (i think could be slightly more but 24 hours is the number i remember)

    technically it is WAI, but the timer for sending emails is more to prevent spam emails, but if your just sending yourself emails, you must want to spam email yourself? that doesnt make a lot of sends and i agree with the OP that its extremely annoying when trying to send large amounts of items to a different character

  22. i think the biggest issue ive heard of with eagles claw is that the crit bonus is applied at the beginning of the powers activation not after the power finishes, and since the crit bonus is only 5 sec long and the animation time is about 3 sec as is you only have about 1-2 sec after it activates in order to get an attack in

    i think its supposed to work like the ATO global and tack on an additional crit chance like 33% increase not in addition

  25. the regen debuff in diamagnetic is actually pretty useless vs hard targets due to their resistance

    degenerative on the other hand does flat values for -hp so it does -600 hp on strong targets, while on stuff like reichs thats like a drop in the pool, on most AVs thats a decent bit and will do more -regen than diamagnetic cause diamagnetic will get debuffed into the ground

    also, degenerative does some DOT as well while diamagnetic does useless -tohit which is also ineffective against large targets
