GM showed up. Said he was escalating issue.

My team ran it twice, killed both neo-shivs within 10 sec of each other, and no badge. This was run on the hero version of DiB. I petitioned after the first run, got the escalation email, but still nothing.

It showed up on the GMOTD as a known issue now.

With everyone petitioning no wonder it is known issue now. Still don't know why some teams got badge and majority didn't (even if killing them both with 2-3 seconds difference).

Because as long as you talk to the guy at the beginning of the trial it is awarded?

on victory server we did a hero DIB and got the badge when we killed them near simultaneously (was like 3-5 sec between the kills)
im thinking its possible that they messed up on the timer between kills for the badge instead of it being 30 sec like badge says it might only be 3 sec

I was told there a bug that keeping us form earning, so no matter what we do, we can't get the badge until they fix this issue.

Apparently whatever's wrong with the badge is not strictly a badly set timer - there must be something making it semi-random as well.

There could be other factors like level/difficulty differences. I noticed in the two log examples that the INF values were different. Another thing is that one person got both the kill credits in the successful example. Could be almost anything. |

Ran the DiB with a team for the badges, got all but Brotherly Love.
I assume we all petitioned it, i did, and several hours later just standing around in Talos, i got awarded the badge. Also got the confirmation e-mail to go along with it.
It's a known issue now, so a fix is in the works. If you know you should have earned it, just send a petition about it and you will received it.

.. we did two runs and both times we killed the 2nd AV shivan in a lot less than 30 seconds after the first AV shivan death (around 10 secs) but we got no badge for it... are we doin something wrong?.. are we missing something?....
