    the umbral beast AI was fixed in todays patch

    i havent had a chance to run with my elec energy stalker thats been sitting at 50 for awhile, but i have played around with my kin melee ninjitsu stalker and hes amazing to play, even at like lvl 35 i can get an AS crit for close to 1000 dmg (double BU + AS ftw lol)

    i personally only play on victory server, it has been my home since i started playing the game little over 5.5 years ago, i also primarily play redside too

    never had a problem finding a team when i wanted to team lol

    this patch be looking good, and i did notice the part about steam integration before it was removed (glad its being worked on at least lol)

    thats what i was thinking too, but the arsonist also gets a large DoT which baddies also dont really like either, high DoT seems to make baddies run even if its not a patch

    could be any number of factors honestly lol

    its not a mm issue, baddies in general dont like patch powers, their AI is set to run out of the patch regardless of what else is happening (most of the time this is true)

    the burn patch the arsonist creates, the burn patch the robots create both have the effect of causing baddies to run for the hills

    a lot of debuffs can also have the same effect with things like rad toggles darkest night, and tar patch and oil slick arrow usually all cause baddies to run

    this, the demons sounds i think are actually cool, they sound demonish and that doesnt bother me at all, when moving they arent even that loud really, its only when standing still and i just dismiss them then

    i started a thread about this in the dom section if you all want to leave more feedback about the pet here

    ah i think i know what i did when i looked at the time left on the click power it said 4 days, but like email it prolly loses 1 day within 2 minutes due to rounding down

    knew it was 120 hours but messed up the day count lol

    the only reason i never start in praetoria is because the first 20 levels your literally locked to praetoria, you cant go anywhere on primal earth until lvl 20 (except pocket d)

    however if you start hero or villain you can go to praetoria at lvl 1 and just run mishs with someone who did start there, that way you cant read the lore though but you still get to experience praetorian content without being confined to house arrest

    im fairly sure that its beast mastery, and if they added staff too that would just be gravy lol, next week is prolly definitely gonna be the finale to the sig arc cause it will be right around when the "salute to statesman" loyalty program ends (ie march 31st, and ive talked to a lot of poeple who forgotten about that lol)

    i still need to make a build for my dark dark dom, however the other 2 doms i have perma atm have around 210% rech with hasten up (i mostly use hasten as a "cushion" in case of -rech debuffs)

    eh to me personally if poeple want to blow their cash on stuff like this then idc i prefer earning stuff in game because A) having the best build in PVE does nothing for you except let you farm better or take more dmg ect, and B) its pretty easy to acquire all the stuff in game for free anyway, i rather save my points on stuff worthwhile such as costume sets or powersets, ect

    my point being is being able to throw down $50 to completely IO a toon is not something i would do but if poeple want to waste their money like that then they can go ahead

    ive had a bane at 50 since about 2.5 weeks after we got VEATs, although i didnt find a build i liked for him till about a year ago or so

    is that including global acc bonuses you have from set bonuses? theres a good bit of sets out there which include +acc to all powers (for purples its like +9% acc to all powers, some other sets are like 6-7% acc to all powers)

    maybe thats where your missing amount is

    i think ive seen that happen too sometimes where rommy gets spooked about something and starts running like a chicken with his head cut off

    the only way ive found to really prevent that is lots of immobs since those stack easier on an AV

    in patch powers procs have a chance to proc every 10 sec like in toggles

    the DOT and everything else would be buffed based on the enhancement values like usual, again i wouldnt recommend slotting the corr AT proc in it since its an AoE and you would get better results with posi blast proc

    in most psuedo pet powers buff procs only affect psuedo pet (ie force feedback proc in shield charge or lightning rod will not buff you)
