seriously, i dont see the big deal its almost easier this way if the lead DCs then the next person getting the star has a +4 diff and doesnt notice it, then you wont get mauled the next mish and have to give it up.

cimerora is acessed through cap au diable (redside) and through steel, croatoa, or one other zone (heroside, cant remember 3rd zone atm), but to get there you have to run an intro arc from montague castellana (heroside)or ashley mcknight (redside).

the devs have said that they do not mind using anything thats already in-game for an AE story. you could make an arc with lord recluse in it and even change the character description.
now for anything outside the game thats a different story.
as for going rogue, its obvious they are not trying to copy anything and i doubt anything willhappen (since the knowledge of it has been around for at least a year) -
cold has been out a lot longer than i16, its been out since before i10 (i dont remember the exact release although im fairly sure its been out for quite awhile though)

i like to max my toons, but i never used mids, i build everything from scratch.

TA is very good debuff set, but i dont see a lot of people with it because (the reason people give me) is because it has no heals.
most people pass up TA for rad or therm bcause those sets have heals as well as excellent debuffs. -
i dont think they should add any ne day job badges, they have enough already, if they do add more i dont want badges associated with it, currently with all the day jobs it takes approx. 440 days offline to gt every day job badge, my main is still 4 day jobs short and ive rarely had a chance to play him since day jobs wre released becaue it takes so freakin long to get the day job badges in the first place. what they should do for day jobs is decrease the amount of time needed for them from 3 weeks to 2 weeks (which is still horribly long, but then they woulnt be day jobs)

the current infamy/influence cap is 2 billion, and is static from lvl 1.

most people dont like using FF becase it gives them too much of a buffbot feel

Im sure there might be other ways for a diffrent Secondary to do the same thing, but, those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head.

in general ice and sonic buff sets are both not used that much, although both sets have very good debuffs and buffs.
i know only a few poeple who play cold domination and even fewer that use sonic resonance.
in terms of offensive stuff, ive seen almost everything at some point or another.
i see a lot of poeple who use gravity and illusion on victory server (illusion is prolly my most favorite control set and would kill to have that set on a dom)
im not sure if this can be done, but if assault rifle/trick arrows, that would seem bad to me because of all the redraws of the weapons, but i am not sure if this combo is allowed, i do not remember if it is.
at the moment i cant think of any other combos that would be bad synergy (as i too am good at making most any combination work really good). if i think of anything else i can post them. -
no victory server? i would love to take part in this but i dont have any toons on the other servers worth playing (or that i like to play).
There are still free server transfers! Honestly we'd like to play on every server, but these were the ones that came out of the hat this time. -theOcho -
i have once or twice, but it just happened that once then it usually corrected itself for me if i closed the updater and reopened it or the next time i opened the game (like the next day)

based on what ive seen in game from actual experience using most of the powers mentioned (rain of arrows, blizzard, freezing rain, ect with the exception of rain of fire), ive used them on mobs way larger than 16 enemies and taken out a single mob of 25 with blizzard, the only thing left alive in the mob was the bosses because they have enough hp to survive the massive DoT from bizzard, same can be said for rain of arrows, ive taken out whole mobs with it before (assuming i had enough dmg buff), even without dmg buffs i still hit everything in the mob regardless how big it was.

a large majority of the time its prolly not enough time, especially if your comp has to restart or you had to verify files.

interesting idea, i think its funny when he buffs stretch across the screen, but if you dont want that, then you could try:
- hiding auto powers (this usually cuts down the amount of icons to only applied buffs or self-ativated powers)
- and/or change the stacking of the icons to be nmbered instead of default (this will just add a little number saying how many of the buff is applied to keep things like FS down and also help shrink this down alttle bit)

this can be an annoying thing, but i dont complain about more xp.
the only way to prevent this is to have another person on the map with you to hold the mish if you crash or whatever. -
i know paragonwiki has a section on the AE, its mostly just describing it and all the unlocks and bugs, but something to help describe it in more detail to help peope learn more intricate techniques would be beneficial.

as far as i know, SOs are not normally available until lvl 22 (minimum because they sell as low a 25s), DOs arent avail until lvl 12 because they dont sell lower than 15.
if anyone got things lower than that, i dont know how. -

i used to have a MA/nin stalker, but i hated how i was useless on team and couldnt handle a 3 person mob solo.

martial arts is horrible primary for a stalker because it has NO built in multi target powers, the set is 100% single target unless you get patron pools.

i prefer brutes because tankers feel insanely weak offensivly and scrappers feel weak defensivly.
IMO, brutes have good HP and defenses along with strong offenses, the brutes deal better dmg than scrappers over time, since scrappers do static dmg with no bonuses over time, they just have chance for crits which gives them high dmg, but it doesnt improve over the fight, brutes deal lower dmg right off the bat, but can easily out-dmg scrappers in longer fights.
