the listing fee is % based so the higher listed items will get more taken by the fee

me and some friends ran into this the other night
i was on vigilante, and friends were hero and rogue, my rogue friend went to the "board train" mish from the redside ouro and after a few mobs we noticed our powers were able to target the rogue person
i think this whole issue is stemming from the board train mishs being able to get to them from the redside ouroboro -
either Mo cuda bade or "saved the world...for later"

with praetorian badges added in i think the total is around 1010
and the first anniversary badge can only be counted as villain if a full hero with it has switched sides so all legacy villain ATs can not get it, same goes with the associated gladiator -
the slash command your looking for is the /release_pets, can just bind that to whatever if you want to make a macro

the best reason to get it to stack is that you dont have to worry about your mez protection dropping on you
and to answer your other question, yes while it is stacked it doubles its effect
3 rech SOs will get it stacking with at least 10 sec overlap so you wont have to worry about it, with enough global rech, only 2 rech reductions should be needed depending on your global rech -
if the toons are only lvl 2-3, i would almost consider just rerolling the toon if you want the enhances, if you want the costume just save it before you reroll

to get the preorder enhancements on existing toons, if you have not used 2nd build at all, just switch to the build which should be lvl 1, log out, log back in and that toon will be granted the enhancements

pretty much any NPC AV thats not a custom critter in AE which as hand clap from what ive seen does dmg
as per the OP, i do support giving hand clap some dmg to make it not completely worthless (as for some of your facts, not entirely accurate)
to me hand clap is a cool looking power and would be really awesome but how it is now with the massive kb and the 0 dmg, poeple dont have any reason to even bother taking it unless they want some aggro mitigation during a rage crash -
the only way to get it as a rogue is to have a full hero or vigilante tp you past the elevator

killing lord recluse with all towers up is pretty impossible regardles of any situation because it hard caps almost all of his stats (rech, speed, hp, regen, dmg, tohit, defense, and being immune to smash, lethal, and energy dmg)
and on top of the lvl 54 AV status as well
if you could perma sleep or confuse him maybe he would kill his own towers, thus weakening him to where you can confuse the flier (if possible) or his minions to smack him around since everything he summons is also lvl 54 -
i actually made my PB villain and my WS villain, and several other former heros and it always feels wierd to be playing hero ATs in the rogue isles

I tried later on some lower level mobs when I wasn't SKed and didn't get anything. So I think it's tied in the the SK system somehow.

i was doing a posi pt 1 tf with my rogue and even though posi pt 1 caps at lvl 15 with some lvl 16 baddies, i was still getting tip drops
this is a bug im guessing as they said they wont drop on lvl 19 and under baddies
i have already /bugged in game but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this -
to clarify they could pick a patron, but they cant get patron powers

this badge isnt that bad since sg badges count for everyone in sg, so if you have 24 poeple in sg participate in a CoP, it would only take about 4 CoP trials to get the badge, win or lose

this is not correct, the improved igniter is for defeating enemies with flamethrowers in sg mode see Improved Igniter Badge

the most simple fix for this right now is just type /release_pets and it will auto kill all pets
so far been working for me when the bug does crop up -
im moving all my heros to villains and 2 villains to rogues, then my badger ill move once im done moving everthing else
so far ive got 6 toons as vigilantes and 2 will be rogues by end of today, tomorrow ill have a boatload of former heroes and fresh new villains to add to my sg -
right now theres prolly no incentive to run it, but for incarnate stuff there will be an incarnate salvage added on to CoP (what it is i dont remember, only saw a few screenies from poeple on test)

i dont like deleting 50s, but i will if i really didnt care for them too much, to my memory, ive prolly deleted about 2-4 lvl 50s so far because i didnt really like them all that much
i usually dont worry about deleting 50s cause most toons i really dont like i delete before lvl 30 -
