If I have to pick Grav/Psi, is Lift, Mind Blast, Subdue enough? The attack chain doesn't seem enough damage? I mean Singy adds some damage.

the envenomed dagger does -250% which is enough to be noticeable, but the effect only lasts for 10 sec and you would prolly run out of charges on the dagger before you killed the AV unless you had a lot of dmg

(also i just noticed that in your OP, you said gravity has build up, which it entirely incorrect, none of the control sets have build up)

ALL sniper class enemies have a 100 mag immob applied to self from their base stats, so they cannot run even if they tried, hence as to why they always will stand there and attack no matter how morally broken they are
  3. the reason mental manip blasters can solo AVs is because of the -regen that drain psyche has

the only way you could prolly have a chance at soloing an AV is to take psi assault for the drain psyche to debuff the AVs regen
  4. im not gonna be buying this pack either because im not wasting my money on emoted which i rarely if ever use

the only reason i do buy the packs is because of the costume sets and special temp powers

since this pack is ONLY emotes of stuff i would rarely if ever use anyway im gonna pass, and ive bought every pack up till now because they all had costumes sets and/or temp powers

    lol at this

ive heard that you can kill civies and even RWZ dummies with ninja mm using smoke flash (since it supposedly does unresistable dmg in the crit portion)

i havent tested it fully, but it sounds fun lol
  6. current respecs are a little annoying if you are only doing minor changes like you only wanted to move 1 slot or 1 power around

what i hate the most about respecs right now is throwing my power bar out of wack and dumping EVERY temp power ive gotten into the bar so i have to removed like 20-30 powers every time i respec on top of reorganizing powers that i want (this is especially annoying if i only wanted to do minor change mentioned above)
  7. for someone who used to playing brutes, i suggest night widow since its more melee oriented

for the 2nd question, rech and defense

i see what you did there lol
  9. i always take the ghost axe, i hate the long animation of the sands of mu, especially when it misses your stuck in the animation

the ghost axe is soo much more useful especially when fighting ghosts when lvling up or exemping
  10. can the tough critters be custom from AE?

to me toughest standard enemy group is prolly imperial defense force or vanguard

in AE the toughest critters ive seen are extreme /regen AVs or extreme/willpower AVs (the willpower AVs are immune to regen and defense debuffs too), offensively only as tough as you make them
  11. im a male and i have all male toons, more so because it keeps the immersion because i always try to put myself into my toons shoes, and that wouldnt work if it was a female toon (i do this on every game ive ever played)

on the other hand i have a friend that plays nothing but female toons because he likes to look at butt

thx, although i know the math isnt hard, i dont deal with time zones much so i can never remember how many hours to add or subract
  13. what would the times be for EST? (mostly looking at victory server 5pm-6pm pacific, need EST)

edit: i found the time for EST, would be 8pm to 9 pm for victory server
  14. both primaries are fairly strong, the bots are prolly a tad stronger with their bubbles and they do mostly energy/fire dmg while thugs do mostly lethal with some smash and fire dmg

if i have to choose i say bots are stronger due to using a not highly resisted dmg + having debuffs (a good bit of the bots attacks have a chance to do -regen)
  15. yes, sadly trials are not permitted to join global channels or super groups

most of the limitations were put into place so that spammers dont, well spam lol

it sucks, but it prevents spammers which does help the game overall
  16. the most i know is that your login will timeout and log you off if you have been inactive for so long

as to the other things that are happening, i know the forum has always had some issues with the "already read" and "not read" type stuff

not too bad of choices, however i would drop serum, as that power is very useless with the long rech and the fact it kills your pets end which effectively removes them from the picture till they can gain it back

I think we calculated that this little exercise caused the detonation to deliver over eight million points of damage to the Kronos Titan. Per damage tick. For three ticks. Plus one more tick of about a half million. About 26 million points of damage total.

Too bad you can't buff the building.
while this is hilarious and true, i think the OP was talking about powers usable by the player

in terms of general powers, yes that is the most damaging power excluding bugs
  19. it doesnt matter which patron arc you do now, can run any patron arc and that will unlock all patron pools
  20. on toons that i am planning to respec, most will just be getting the stealth pool for LOTG slotting or picking up recall friend and 2 things from stealth pool

this is a reason i disliked power siphon and instead rolled a stalker which uses build up lol (and can mass crit with burst from hide)

    acid mortor

i would prolly slot it with achilles heel proc as that gives the mortar a chance to do an additional -20% resist

other than that i would focus on rech since the more of them you can have out the more chance you can get the achilles proc to go off and more debuffs all over
  23. against certain AVs it would be a lot or impossible

BABs in his target AoE of energy transfer, has unresistable mag 28 kb (which is reason you see a stone with rooted on go flying every now and then)

sister P also has a very high mag kb in her levitate (something on the verge of 20-25 mag knockup)

those are basically rare cases though, and more than likely diabolique will have high mag knockback in her FF attacks

12 KB protect is good to protect vs about 98% of whats in the game aside from the few cases i mentioned here with extremely high mag kb/knockup or in BABs case, making it unresistable
  24. QR is no, enhances only increase duration, can never increase magnitude except with special cases like domination on dominators and overpower mezzes on trollers

hes like pretty much any other GM in terms of difficulty to defeat, he mostly uses dark melee and dark blast attacks
