perma dom without hasten is about 125% global rech
perma hasten (including the 70% rech from hasten) you will be around 175% rech (so 105% or so for perma hasten)
thus if you get perma hasten you will get perma dom, the only thing is you have to remember to hit hasten or domination when its up becuase you cant have 2 powers on auto, so i just try for about 140% rech so i dont *need* hasten for perma dom, but i have it for some extra rech -
another possible method to this as well is if you have 1 perma dom with confuse, or multiple poeple with confuse/deceive power and just perma confuse rommy so he kills off his nictus then you just bum rush rommy
this method is how me and one of my friends can duo the ITF -

Some one commented my first thought that the TF of the week will be ran right off and it may get harder to run again later if you miss the first wave.
I know some will be all over this 24/7, and that is great for them. But for me personally, this game is changing in a direction that makes me a little sad.
on another note i dont think ill have problems with this because increased rewards and such will be nice fr non-incarnates, the special reward for the upper tier alpha slot stuff is prolly something extra (in any case ill have like 19 50s who could still use the incarnate stuff)
i dont really see much problem with this, i think a lot of poeple here are reading too much into some of what they are saying, as nothing has been actually implemented yet -

heroside can find warriors in talos and striga(i think striga), i know they are all over talos though

ive had short periods where the forums become unavailable, but i can still go to the main city of heroes website, and it does this with 2 browsers (IE and FF)
i havent tried to see if my DSi can access the forums during that time, i know the browser software on that is opera -
my earth/fire dom has combustion mostly as a set mule, i already have 5 purp sets and i really dont like sleep powers all that much
if you had room for another purp set i would take the sleep then since it is cheap

as a badger i accepted the fact that i can never get the anniversary ones because they are specific event badges and such, but the gladiator should be available for all, and like Nericus says, we have 2 5th column themed tf/sf in game right now, perfect to work with this gladiator -
they are not available to us yet, but are on the way Soon™

i know a lot of praetorian enemy groups were unlocked through tickets when GR released, mother mayhem and the other praetors have been in AE since the beginning, but aso required to be unlocked through tickets
i do not think i have seen praetorian contacts like belladonna vetrano, or the rogues gallery maelstrom and desdemona, but i havent really used the AE much recently to be able to check these things -
i honestly dislike the buff/recast stuff quite a bit too, how i usually avoid it is i just plain dont use those powers, i have them and if i do use them i usually buf the person who takes the alpha aggro
heck on my /ff mm i dont even buff my pets because its annoying, resummoning the pets is less time consuming than throwing 2 shields out to 6 pets
the 2 things that might make me use the buffs more is:
- keep the powers how they are and increase the duration of the buff
- or change the buff to a large aoe and keep the duration the same
to clarify for this post im ONLY talking about the buffs from sonic, thermal, ff, and cold. the emp buffs are fine as is, as well as any similar buffs. im also only discussing the shield powers in those sets, any kind of clear mind or fortitude type powers are also fine as is -
i actually really enjoy gladiator fights, watching NPCs kill each other is quite entertaining to me
reasons i dont do gladiator fights more is:
- poeple dont have very many gladiators to choose from
- poeple dont know what the system is
- large amount of poeple just plain dont care about them
- and the last and prolly biggest thing is there are basically no incentives to actually do gladiator matches aside from the 2 badges associated with them
i think a good idea would be that if you had the gladiator unlocked you should be given a very long rech (like 1 hour rech) summon which summons 1 random gladiator which is of the pet class to help fight anywhere, it would basically be like any summon currently is, non controllable but buffable and being of the pet class they would be approx equal to minion or LT ranked baddies regardless of the gladiator that was summoned and they would not zone with the person and only last like the standard 4 min
at first i was thinking that idea could be converted into a vet badge, but then i knew that would have been a bad idea and figured it would prolly be better as an inherent
this would go along better with the gladiator description of you beating down enough of the baddies that they will listen to you type of thing
im sure this idea has a few holes in it, but i think this is one possibility of what could be done to revitalize the gladiator system -
ive never had any problems with deceive or any confuse power, except aura of confusion from the fortunata secondary
that power is flagged to not draw aggro and yet it does ALL the time even if you have no procs slotted, from what i have noticed this problem with this power has been around for over a year -
reichsmans regen is only 0.05%, which is approx 144 hp/sec with the amount of hp he has
i think by default he has around 80 or 90% resist to all dmg and is immune to all mez except immobs
his large pbaoe he likes to use also has a 100 mag stun component on it which if that hits you will hurt you a lot since domination wont cover for you
i recently duo'd barracuda sf with a friend and reichs was made pretty easy due to perma phantom army on the troller i was using
trying to solo him with a dom i would say is suicide since almost all his powers could nearly 1 shot a dom and with no -tohit or -dmg he will hit like a truck -
i doubt this is a bug, the presents to my knowledge have always been aoe that buffed you depending on how many things in the aoe
mm just get the most benefit out of them
and the duration on the presents isnt even close to 12.5 minutes, i think its 30 or 60 seconds for a single present, in order to keep it up for like 10 min you would need a full tray of them
i dont see much problem with them, as anything above 45% def is basically pointless and recluse could easily 1 shot the mm even with 75% resist to everything too
all i really see from this is that the mm gets slightly more benefit out of them because of having pets around all the time instead of only getting real benefit out of them during group stuff like ship raids -
since i have a lot of alts i basically just left my main to sit in the same dayjob spot until he got the badge, it was also fairly convenient that a large amount of the remaining badges he could get was day jobs anyway so not exactly too much i could have done with him at that point
once i am done the day jobs however, i will be moving my main back to redside permanently unless there are more hero only badges out there (and i still need the badges from the new redside arc anyway) -
i have to agree with Lothic, the day jobs never really caused me any sort of frustration other than "good lord how much longer will this take" (for me cause im still pretty hardcore and the day jobs feel like they progress extremely slow)
anyway, yeah the day jobs were never really all that frustrating, they were more annoying, but compared to other stuff (MoBSF, midnight dodger in tin mage tf) they are a walk in the park -
im a little less than 1.5 more weeks to go on my final day job, i lost time on day jobs getting all the other new badges
i basically only started on day jobs as a last resort type of badge since there was nothing else i could get in a short amount of time -

oddly enough the one AV shadenfreude was quite annoying too cause he would just not stop running, we had to clear the whole room out to be able to kill him cause as soon as we started fighting he would take off
the longest part was prolly clearig the ambush though, even with x3 (due to the dual boxed mm) the groups that spawned in reichs room were almost 75% bosses (which actually made it easier cause i just confused the 5th column obersts and kriegers and their massive aoe cleared things pretty fast)
reichs wasnt hard at all because we just stayed at range blasting away while i kept him focused on PA, and between cold dom and sonic/rad we were easily doing -100% or more to his resist -
the kismet is in the category of a 120 sec buff IO, and those were recently changed to that if its in a toggle the toggle must be running for you to get the benefit, and as soon as the toggle shuts off, you lose the buff it provides

if base rent goes unpaid for a certain amount of time the bases power will be turned off and you will need to petition to get it turned back on
thats what i think is happening -
the only time ive been getting lag is when contact images dont show up and i try to talk to contact or open contact window or view player info, which is intermittent for me

it didnt automatically start redownloading the client for me, but i might have different options set so it doesnt auto install games i buy
