New Praetorian AVs and contacts in AE?

I tried to find them in the AE mission creator, to use them for an arc but I dont know if is possible or what I have to unlock with the tickets.
Theres a way to use, lets say Belladona Vetrano, Neuron, Mother Mayhem, Desdemona, Maelstrom, etc, as enemies or contacts in the AE mission creator?

i know a lot of praetorian enemy groups were unlocked through tickets when GR released, mother mayhem and the other praetors have been in AE since the beginning, but aso required to be unlocked through tickets

i do not think i have seen praetorian contacts like belladonna vetrano, or the rogues gallery maelstrom and desdemona, but i havent really used the AE much recently to be able to check these things
