yes, all the stats on it are identical (including being unslottable and .46 end/sec consumption)
edit: it also cannot be used at same time as ninja run, and is also mutually exclusive with the same powers that ninja run is exclusive with -

nice to see some new poeple on victory
im only on the redside of tings usually so cant hel you with sg if your bluesie, but i run a very friendly redside sg -
the pylons dont have the DoT auras, each hydra tentacle has the DoT aura, so if you standing at a pylon you have to deal with at least 5 DoT auras

the zombie set is not that weak, and the special power that set gets, soul extraction, isnt exactly bad either
the idea your showing though would be really neat, but i dont know how it would work if implemented.
i think the easiest way to implement something like this is just include a "confuse" effect on all the zombies brawl attacks, which would simulate infecting the opponent
of course that would have to be short duration and or low mag since they would stack it easy -
after re-reading it, it does seem kind of odd for all the times to be PM (from past patches im sure the maint window took place at exact same times in AM)
im not going to discount the possible typo or mistype (as it has happened before)
but even if those times are correct, ill be in class during almost that entire downtime window anyway, so mistype or not, it wont matter to me much lol -

Of course his dialog will reflect he is not sure who this guy is or where that place is, but he said you would know where to find him. Then you can do 1 of the Mayhem / Safeguard as a Flashback.
You would have to do the 5 missions for each Safeguard / Mayhem mission. But you would still be able to get them. -

ive seen this happen a few times on my dom with fire mastery
the enemies can get in maybe 1 attack before the untouchable kicks in, ive never died right after rezzing with it, but i have noticed a few baddies pop in a few attacks before the untouchable kicks in -
i originally thought the pylons did absolutely nothing, but i recently learned that the only thing the pylons do is give hami a untouchable status, so you cant hurt him but he can still shoot poeple
so basically the pylons just have to be taken down before hami, doesnt matter if its before, after, or during the mitos -

apologies for taking awhile to get back to you on this, but my build was ill/cold/ice troller and my friend was using a sonic/rad corr (he dual boxed a mm so we could get the mm temp, he never actually used the mm once we hit reichs with the mm temp)Quote:What was your friends build? i would suggest ill/cold because cold dom really does a number on the baddies resists, and because of heat loss you essentially have unlimited endurance
because of reichs dmg, i would not expect the phantasm to last too long unless you shield him and the AI bug gets fixed, but as long as you keep snow storm on him, he cant fly, so hes limited to 1 ranged attack if he gets away from the decoys
the key to fighting reichs isnt just surviveability, but end management for a very long fight, when me and my friend duo cuda sf, it took us about 20 min to just kill him -
if you confuse rommy he just attacks and kills the nictus so they dont even matter lol
gratz on accomplishing this, although once you get the process down its not too hard lol
the fastest MoITF me and my friend have done is 1:34 (thats with lvl shifted toons though), i think 2-2.5 hours was our average usual run pre i18 -
i would throw my vote in for getting rid of the end crash, the -recov portion is fine, and is basically how em pulse and emp arrow work
both of which use ONLY -recov and not and end crash for the awesome stuff that they can do (-1000% regen and hold are both really good)
if nukes got changed to only -recov, then i would actually think about taking nukes, but as is, they are not worth it in my book, very long rech and killing your end is just not worth it in the long run (it gets especially annoying if you run lots of toggles) -
my main will always be my ninja/dark mm since hes also my badge toon
but out of my other 35 toons, i have about 4 or so toons which are really awesome that i like
my ill/cold is an awesome tough target killer
my earth/fire dom is an awesome crowd control and massive dmg output
and my dark/stone brute can tank just about anything -
i would have to say no since its only +regen and not an actual heal

i also use SOs until the upper lvls because they are just overall faster, i usually start them at 22 and if i get every 5 levels i usually dont have problem of the combination screen, but if i let it go, then the combining gets extremely annoying
so /signed to getting rid of the screen for combining -
i pretty much agree with everything you stated here
maybe instead of the fire snipe doing a DoT (so it can still be used to pull) maybe do a -dmg or demoralize type thing (like assassin strikes)
as for the nukes though, i absolutely hate the end crash, and i pretty much avoid any nuke that has an end crash (except for blizzard because i dont have to be right smack in the middle of a mob to use it), ive never really had a lot of issue with the dying before the nuke finishes (except sometimes in the case of hail of bullets or rain of arrows which have absurdly long animation, one of which i need to be right in the mob, but those dont have crashes either so i use them more)
time bomb isnt too too bad, but i agree on fast moving teams its kind of useless, the only time ive found use for it is on ship raids when everyone is clustered into the bowl anyway, the interrupt is still a problem though
gun drone...needs improvment. i trioed playing 3 /device blasters because i like the idea of gun drone and i like the pets and stuff, but everytime i got to gun drone, i just deleted the toon because gun drone is just insanely pathetic compared to other pets, elec blast voltaic sentinel is better than gun drone. my suggestion for gun drone is to make it similar to voltaic sentinel, but increase the duration and rech to double, no interrupt time, reduce end cost, but leave the gun drone as targetable -
battle maidens halberd strike during the 2nd phase after she comes back is enough to nearly 1 shot any squishy, tougher ATs might be able to survive a little, but even my stone brute couldnt survive more than 2 sec inside of the 2nd phase halberd
the first phase one is quite weak though and barely even dents my brute though and most of my squishys can survive it long enough to get out -
even at the stealth cap they can see you, stalkers in hide get seen by the drones
the only way to really stealth by them is smoke grenades which do -percep or confuse them so they wont even aggro on you
