    pretty sure they only award extra astral merits upon re-achieving the badge requirements, my toons which have master of BAF even getting all the badges "again" only awards astral merits (if in that case i get 7 astral merits)
  2. my main is now up to 1211 badges now after getting every new badge for i20 (as well as one respec badge i was missing)

    still behind by like 8 vet badges which sucks

    the reports that i have seen of poeples petitions on this matter

    according to them, to get antacid you have to get all 10 acids and 0 pacifications and use no acids but if you get or use a pacification then this badge fails

    also according to them, to get well stocked (the badge for 10 pacifications and not using them only), they gave the same response as above

    they did not mention that all 3 could be earned in one run and the only one that appears to be working properly is lambda looter (badge for 10 of both and not using either)

    im in agreement with you that the GMs have no clue whats going on and they have their info wrong and antacid/well stocked are both bugged if you want to earn them on their own, but are possible to earn if you just go for lambda looter

    this is correct

    the side badges only award uncommon component and the MO badges award a rare component

    i do not think there is any way to get more than 2 empyreans a day (which is ridiculous considering the costs in empyreans to get a very rare component, which is 30, at least you can get them faster than alignment merits for purple or pvp IOs lol)

    i would assume they could be used anywhere, however, if you read the info on the inspiration (type [ultimate] in game) it says you can only have 1 in use at a time

    so the max you could do is +1 (in addition to what you already have if your 45+ with other lvl shifts) anywhere at any lvl for 3 minutes
  6. its possible there could have been an email rollback, if there was (very likely there could have been), if you remember all the items that you had sent to email before the downtime, you can petition and usually get those items back

    might have either been changed or something, once tried doing that and a friend who tried doing that and had to redraw on EVERY attack since each attack had different spines graphics

    that was of course right around when the power customization came out, so very likely its changed since then (i very rarely change my toons costumes once i make them)

  9. for a large majority of my mm, i almost always have at least 1 personal attack, my main actually has 3 non incarnate attacks on his 2nd build (5 non incarnate attacks on his main build)

    for my MM experience, i overall treat my pets as meatshields and aggro magnets, if they die, idc ill just resummon them, if they are dying a lot i dont even bother to train them and just keep sending more fodder into the cannon lol

    mm class has always appealed to me because of the pets, i love pets, and i wish all my toons had pets like my mm
  10. what the GM says is actually true, there are plenty of recipe sets which have much lower lvl caps

    for example the miracle set caps at lvl 40

    i wish they had a shard component and thread component option for all 5 incarnate abilities, then they could have a 2 way conversion (thread -> shard, shard -> thread) and wouldn't force people to only do the trials

    incarnate xp should be limited only to thread conversions and trials though, but it would be nice to have other options

    yeah since most of the incarnate powers can more or less perma, it would be much more useful if they were at least perma (since they can still die before the power recharges, thats more than enough downtime)

    i love my lore pets, but i hate the long downtime so i tend to wait to use it till they will be the most helpful (such as BAF escapee phase)

    check the scroll bar next to all of the alpha boosts, the first "recipe" uses shard components and the 2nd "recipe" uses thread components
  14. to make it easier they should just have the temp power drop on whoever got the killing blow on the cache/chamber lol

    would solve some problems IMO lol

    from what zwillinger mentioned in another thread it sounds like they will be fixing the mapserver crashing issues

  16. i used ie9 for a bit for forum browsing and didnt have issues with it, i didnt like it though cause trying to make a post in ie9 was awful cause all the text seemed to lag and wouldnt register all my keystrokes

    i stopped using firefox 4 because it was eating my RAM (3 tabs open was using 190 MB RAM)

    so lately ive been using google chrome with no issues

    you got it backwards, there is a shard to thread conversion (1:1 ratio once every 20 hours and 2:1 ratio with no limit, each costing 2.5 mil per conversion)

    im in US and the popup came about 7 minutes ago, its half past noon right now for the east coast US

    it actually would have been more convenient for me had it been at the scheduled time lol

    they vaguely mentioned this badge when they brought up the info about the EU/US server list combining a month or 2 ago, so i wouldnt discount getting this completely just yet till we see what they do with it for the server list combining

    they did not give any details about it at the time, but it was mentioned several times

  22. so i was playing my WS on a mortimer kal sf, and i noticed i could USE mystic fortune on other while i was in forms AND secondary mutation stayed active when i changed forms and can even be used in forms now

    good job devs!

    edit: i have also noticed that [jump pack] beast and ninja runs also work with forms as well

    the only poeple i usually see even go into the cutscene are Masque and Ele and maybe a few others whom i know will not mess things up

    in most of the pick ups i joined, a large majority of the poeple just dont do that from what ive seen
