ive never had any issues with the nclauncher either and i do like the additional options and having test and beta listed in the one place so i can see if any of them need an update
and yes i also wish that the steam overlay and client would still work saying that your in game like it used to -
man i hate misreading things, guess that happens when late at night and watching tv and trying to read forums all at once lol

bosses need to be in AE mishs because of the xp rule on enemy groups
back when AE first came out the most popular non-exploit farms were maps full of LT only baddies
then they instituted the rule that for custom groups you need to have a boss, LT, and minion type baddy in every custom group or you group would take xp loss (the exception for this is bosses set for objectives, but only the boss)
if you have only one of the 3 in a farm, they will only give 25% normal rewards
if you have 2 of the 3 then they will give 75% normal xp
if you have all 3 then they will give normal 100% xp
then you have to factor in the individual baddies for the total xp -
that was a fix patch, the patch from 20.5 to 21 was around 1850 MB

i highly doubt that they will make VIPs pay for this kind of stuff, booster related stuff, yes, but powersets no, we are getting time manip for free being VIPs, so i doubt we would get different treatment for another powerset

i personally prefer the proc, as most of my toons with IO'd builds have between 1-3 slots in there i usually always put the proc in first then see if i have room for more slots
i can get a LOT of recov from set bonuses if needed (i have a em/sr brute who is about 50% IOd and is sitting on 3.22 end/sec recov) -

the thing that stuck out to me was that they are lowering the min lvl to get into ouro, which will be a godsend

maybe the pyro can get posi hat and give the engineer something else, maybe something citadel or luminary related

you shouldnt lose anything, getting free game time through such things shouldnt mess anything up as it does not affect other account things like vet badges
if your friend starts paying in anytime in july they should receive the 400 pts for july and if they continue to pay then will keep getting points -
the only problem i have with it is that it could disqualify your entire league for a badge since there is a badge in the final fight for nobody getting killed

the final tick is doing -99% of your hp so if your not at full hp before that tick then almost guarenteed your gonna die
there are 4 ticks total to disintegration and there are 6 seconds between each tick, so as long as your healed to full hp before the ticks hit you will be fine -
what i think would be a smart move is to make sg stuff into a global service
the sg will be created and globals can join the group, the leader will have a star and ALL of his toons automatically have leader abilitys (no more of the offline promotion junk)
this would also allow for cross server usage of the sg base as well as each person using less space in the sg since they have 1 global instead of 2 or more toons (in my sg i have 36 toons in the same sg, and several other members which have multiple toons in the group as well, which uses up a large amount of the max amount of characters an sg can have)
how the sg stuff as it is is very limiting and cumbersome and creates a lot of issues, if the sg stuff was changed to a global service it would also essentially be adding more global channels because of your sg and coalitions
however if making sg's a global service is too much work then making them transferable would prolly be the best option -
midnight dodger is a tough badge, but its not as bad as the keyes island badges, i would rather attempt midnight dodger on all non-alpha slotted toons till they got it instead of getting the keyes island badges

i got a awesome (but slightly squishy earth/fire dom) at 50 and 99% IOd
one power i would say is optional is the salt crystals (the sleep) as i did not want that on my build
the attacks flares and fire blast are kinda subjective, i did not slot flares at all and i completely skipped fire blast (with my rech being around 200% my normal attack chain is blaze fire ball and fire breath with a rain of fire thrown in somewhere), most mobs usually die within 1 attack chain while perma stunned from stalagmites -

the main foe of the illusion pets is hamidon lol
however other anomalies i have noticed is the weapon caches/containment chambers in the lambda trial and the obliteration beam in the keyes trial can hurt the decoys as well -
i think these badges are still ridiculous, and i doubt ill be seriously attempting them until they are either A) fixed (ie avoid green stuff failing due to pets) or B) changed (awarding at respective points and NOT at end of trial in the case of anti antimatter and bunker buster)
the only badge i have of them atm is the anti antimatter because our group rushed through most of it and had a LOT of healers (had like 4 emps +several other poeple with heals like o2 boost, ect) -
i pretty much agree with snow globe on this, i dont think the keyes trial is all that difficult, but it is EXTREMELY tedious and annoying
3/5 of the phases in the trial are 99% the same, you run to reactor grab temps activate terminals (possibly having to drag an AV around) rinse and repeat till you fight him, the thing that adds to the annoyance is the massive dmg autohit pulse
even fighting AM is pretty tedious with the god awful time freeze in which you have no control to do ANYTHING
it never really made sense why freeze time applied a hold on us, it would make more sense that he was phase shifting us (if it was phasing instead of holding the dmg beam would still be able to hit us but we would still be able to move) -
IMO origin is pretty negligible in this game
the thing that i would really like to see on the global friend list is like it is in the sg window with the "last on" section so i can tell which of my friends have been inactive because my list has been full for about 2 years now and its like a guessing game as to who has been inactive and who hasnt been inactive and whatnot
