It was ALWAYS my first pick. These days, I can take it and Sands Of Mu both and they each get equal usage. -

I can run fine on Nvidia 186.12, but any time I've tried to go higher, COH starts doing this Display Driver bug.

That's all very well. New, shiny graphics for those with higher end systems.
I have one of those higher end systems and the ONLY game it has issues with is COH.
So how much of our shiny new graphics update includes optimisation of the sluggish engine? -

Since the last COH patch, this issue has now started affecting me. I cannot bind the tilde button either using "tilde" or ` and no keypresses using that key are being logged if I try to bind using the menu.
However, the key is being accepted if I try to use it to type into the chat bar. -

I've always been Myopic Aardvark online.
It's Gamespy's fault. I wanted the online name Aardvark (they fascinate me!), but came far too later to the online world to get close to it. Their "naminator" gave me a list of choices and at the top of the list was "Myopic Aardvark".
Since I am short sighted, it seemed appropriate and that's it.
Nope, no matter how I tell that story, it's still boring.
I need to throw in some guns or explosions next time. -

Apparently, I've already had the subscription on the second account on the 2nd August. Which would explain why it's not being advertised any more.
Whereas my first account won't actually get the sub paid for until the end of this month.

Bear in mind that the word 'Wet' was censored here for a short time. I can see how you could possibly work it around to be a word in a risque conversation, but when it prevented you from talking about the weather or even one of the powers in the game, I'm glad it was removed.
I'd love to know who approved that censorship in the first place though and what sort of politically correct world they were brought up in.

If you're using a different computer/login/web browser, make sure your adblock program is disabled or it might filter the banner (I had to disable Opera's Content Blocker temporarily for it to show up... the url https://secure.ncsoft.com/images/pro...banner_600.jpg would probably be hit by quite a few filterset g filters).
Edit: If the following image appears for you, it's probably not an adblock issue... if it doesn't, then it probably is:

I'm slightly confused.
On one of my accounts, I have been able to select and have taken the buy 6 month's free, get 1 free offer.
But when I log in on the 2nd account I bought for my wife, the banner ad for the special offer doesn't appear (whereas it's quite clear on my first account, even though I've already subscribed to it) and it is not an offer in the subscription list if I cancel the subscription and then resubscribe.
Anyone else had this problem and did you manage to fix it? -
How long have the Vazhilok zombies been doing that zombie walk emote - I don't recall seeing it before Issue 16?

It's not an issue. I've had 15 years of building PCs for myself and have just gotten tired of having to do it every few years.
This way, I get what I want (and then some), I get what I need to play the latest games and I get added portability for the rare occassions when I'll be away from home.
Sure, I could have spent less and gotten something just as capable, but it's the first time I've ever been able to afford something like this and I just decided to go for it.
