Special Offer not applicable?

I'm slightly confused.

On one of my accounts, I have been able to select and have taken the buy 6 month's free, get 1 free offer.

But when I log in on the 2nd account I bought for my wife, the banner ad for the special offer doesn't appear (whereas it's quite clear on my first account, even though I've already subscribed to it) and it is not an offer in the subscription list if I cancel the subscription and then resubscribe.

Anyone else had this problem and did you manage to fix it?

I am sorry I did have this problem and I did on both my accounts.

If you're using a different computer/login/web browser, make sure your adblock program is disabled or it might filter the banner (I had to disable Opera's Content Blocker temporarily for it to show up... the url https://secure.ncsoft.com/images/pro...banner_600.jpg would probably be hit by quite a few filterset g filters).

I have no idea how to find it out, but if you can figure out the account ID for the "broken" account (it may be a seven digit number, this URL for all of my accounts ends with seven digit numbers), append it to the end of this URL:

Okay, lets try and rule out some variables:

What web browser(s) are you using?
What extensions/plugins do you have installed?
Are you using any sort of adblock like functionality (i.e. AdBlock for Firefox, Block Content in Opera, ad-filtering proxy like Privoxy, etc)?

Apparently, I've already had the subscription on the second account on the 2nd August. Which would explain why it's not being advertised any more.

Whereas my first account won't actually get the sub paid for until the end of this month.

Although on the bright side, due to this thread I learned that I didn't have to cancel billing before you could take advantage of this promotion (I never saw the banner due to it being blocked as an ad )
