I agree, I wasn't the biggest fan of it either. I just don't think(pure speculation) that slows will help much either. However, I would love to be wrong. If you do it, let us know how it works out.

I don't have a problem with the way you said it before. I was just simply stating my view on it. For me, it would be a big deal. For you it very well may be a minor QoL.

FIRST: You folks want a PBAOE flash arrow like power with -tohit? HELLO Blinding Powder, exactly the same as you asked for, but as a Cone & has Confusion & Sleep Proc. in it. Next, lets look at Ninjitsu's List.

Sorry, NO Hide for you guys, so that needs replaced & retooled,
Now ya'll say no Caltrops, cuz you can get it in a Power Pool, doubt that would be removed, because of that, if anything they would do they did with Shield Secondary, make said power unable to be gotten if you got the original.
You Self heal can be 6 slotted with 5 pieces of Something heal/recharge, last piece can have the Res/+3% Def piece. NO
Smoke Flash, again since you shouldn't get hide, this has to be removed or retooled. The rate we are going here, might as well just make whole new Set.
I just do not seeing this going to Scrappers, it was "specifically" made for Stalkers in mind & only stalkers, while other Stalker secondaries are mish-mashes of other secondaries, this was something unique to them.
Instead you guys can have Energy Armor instead. -snickers-

It may just be a design decision since Lightning Rod doesn't crit either. Not sure though.

Still gotta get fillers to start a task force, which I hate doing. But it looks like I still don't have another option.

Once this goes live I'm planning on attempting Citadel TF and Hess TF(I'll have to use second account for one mish)at +4/x8. I'm confident I'll have to use inspirations, but I wanna see if slotting all level 33 IOs on MunkiLord was worth it or not.

I've never taken Aid Self and I never will. I don't like using a power pool and two choices for it. I like to take Fighting, Fitness, Leaping, and Speed for my scrappers.

I like the idea. I'm not a badger, but I do enjoy getting TF and trial badges. More badges related to that stuff is welcome as far as I'm concerned.

Survivability is going to be much more than enough for me though, even with minimal IO slotting. If I read the numbers correctly, with Tough/Weave, CJ and a steadfast, you're looking at 10% def to all, 58% res to S/L, 75% to energy, 45% fire/cold, 35% negative, 40% psi, half of CP more than half of the time, 380% regen more than half of the time (with health 3 slotted) and a heal as strong as recon although it's not up as often and using it for the +regen/-end means you might waste some of the heal component sometimes.
I'm planning on making a Spines/Elec and I my first draft for a build I came out with 29.7% melee and 72.5 recharge(no purples). Since that was just a first draft I'm assuming I'll be able to up that defense number by 5%, it'll just depend on what tradeoffs I wanna make. -

Everyone's rig and connection are different, running different background programs and the like.
