Wing Vendor is located in Perez Park - knew a player that would gank new players with that often.

Give it time to run - Paragon may change some of the free bits as time goes on.

this made me laugh out loud, at the office no less - thanks!

Honestly - all of the above. We never get earthquakes, tornados, flooding rivers, storms or hurricanes in this part of the world (Vancouver BC Canada). The worst "natural" event we'll get is 4 inches of snow (thats scary! nobody here can drive in snow!)

Started to look cool - until the scene with high heels and bunny ears - no thanks!

Quote:I agree with both these points - Like i mentioned in the Feedback thread about this, the Icon stores are great not only is it an "icon"ic place to work on your costume, when you arrive you see others doing the same - the stores have a point to them. I hate to say it, but having the trainers doing tailor stuff we're just going to see in CoX what you can see in CO now - bunch of idle people hanging around a trainer doing their costumes. Its stupid. This change breaks my immersion in the game. It's a meta-game change that simply makes no sense within context and, worst of all, wasn't needed. There's a Tailor in Atlas Park and the tailor in Steel Canyon is close to the train station. There's no need to add anything more than that.
It may be convenient, but convenience is not the holy grail of game design, and sometimes convenience can be very bad design. I feel this is one of those cases.
Some of the other QoL stuff, i dont know, reminds me of the Staples commercial with the "Easy" button. Long gone are the days of threading through steel canyon at lv10 to get to the tailor, enjoying the sites of <insert zone name here> while you travel from the Yellow tram line to the Green tram line or heading to the next zone's gate, bypassing other players doing <insert activity here>. Now its trams-to-everythere, portal here, teleport power to there, do this and that fast as you can go go go! -
When creating a new char - i love closing my eyes, click random 10 times and just go with what it gave me *. Tweak it at lv10 if im semi-enjoying the char. Re-do at lv20 since by then ill probably keep it.
* unless the costume is pink, has ears other than human or a tail, then ill remove or adjust those elements :P -
bu-bie infrequent inf sellers - bring on the mass inf seller army with F2P!

Carl Cutless (tank) 44-45
i dont like tanks - got bored after that one level
Dharq Skrap - 1-38 - always wanted to make a /dark scrapper so there ya go
Beam.Time - 1-30 (Beta server) i know its not 2XP over there, but i spent the first two days of 2XP testing this char over there so yeah :P with the little XP bonuses you can get there, kinda counts -
I have to say - the work they did on First Ward and especially the Atlas Park reno is awesome. On the beta server in AP and as I flew out of the tram station into AP, the view of the revamped zone stopped me in midair and i said "wow, so pretty".

Excellent episode. Love Pam - you go girl! err zombie vampire decomposing skin reconstruction pam? Poor Pam. And Jessica - noooo omgz. Lets hope Jason saves the day on that one.

So - season is over. I've watched all 10 episodes. The only time I actually enjoyed watching it was in the last episode, the last 5 minutes. Lets hope season 2 stops with the "omg the kids"-arc every episode.

Quote:I was in the same position - didnt have any incentive to watch it. But lastnight I started on the first episode due to boredom, and I gotta tell ya, I watched all 10 episodes lastnight - liked it that much.I have to confess I have all the episodes stored....and haven't watched one of them yet.
Maybe I'm in a very small minority, but I still haven't felt an incentive to watch this show. I'm sure it's very well written and all, but every time someone describes the basic plot to me, I keep thinking 'well, haven't I seen that in The Tudors, which is real life history and probably just as brutal?'
Maybe I'm just over fantasy or have trouble finding positives in the story. I'm not after a 'happily ever after' PG-13 thing, but as I get older as a viewer it seems, the harder I find it to enjoy stories where people demonstrate just how shockingly bad humanity can be.
Not knocking the show; maybe someone can give me some reasons to check it out that aren't 'watch it for the scheming and politics'.

As my sub runs out until the next issue or three, i have to say I feel the incarnate system is, well, underwhelming.
I've always thought the incarnate system would enhance the abilities my character has, not introduce yet another must-have "pool" power, albeit one you have to do the same repetive content over and over to advance it. But the general issue i have with it, theres 2400 other "toons" out there with the same incarnate abilities as me - whoopty do! -
" considerably more complex and difficult than the existing trials"
^^ this is why ill run this over baf & lambda -
Why bother scheduling your downtime if your just going to change it and do it whenever anyways.
