my lvl 30 spines/rgn does very fine in scrapper vs stalker duels...its very hard to win against other regens but invul/da/sr are still beatable 1v1 with regen.. -
I personaly think that AR stinks^^...but just for full auto+fullcrum shift I would role one
migh put 2 recharges from SP in another since you will be pulling out your rifle a LOT of times otherwise..its just an suggestion
oeh and..tho most kinetic powers need lots of acc...fullcrum DOESN't...with 1 you will likely hit everything 3+...with 2 about 5-6+..its up to you..a second jump in IR can hurt either
btw at least 2 end mods in speedboost cause the +recharge might out''tire'' the +end from it otherwise
also...ID might take 3 res?...but that depends what your goal is with the kin..not every cor is buffbot -

Stalkers don't have the HP or Defence to do it for long periods.
nothing wrong with nrg/regen for both pve and pvp tho but i'd probably get tough from the fighting pool for more damage mitagation and pretty much take all the secondry powers sept for mog and revive.

Why do I see cripple kick nowhere..its pretty high damage and lots better then dragon tail..
edit: btw I see that you inspired your build by costons one?..don't...MA already has stun move and eagles claw has a high stun ratio so intimidate is pretty poo.. -

but how do you expect that..unless you are a main support build its very hard to look after someone..its also an idea to be the targetter (like /bind q "team $target is held bash him NOW:P")..just spam it on team chat and the chance on your own survival gets bigger 2...your main problem is that most on the villain side will be stalkers who USUALY don't really understand the purpose of teaming in pvp..still if you round up some decent people your team should be very strong and you should even be able to survive against a spine army (oeh yeah [img]/uk/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] [img]/uk/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]) -

Don't...before i7 blapping was the number 1 solution..now I would make it 50% blapper only (reason I respecced my build badly)..normaly you could toggle drop hold so you would be safe...now your pretty forced to use at least 2-3 blasts before going into blap range (unless you face squishi enough enemies)..but why wouldn't you...ice is amazing:P..I bet ice/nrg would still be able to do it tho (my regen often get stunned).. oh...and..don't take the last attack (ffs to sleepy to remember the name)..it may seem like a nice hold and can be your aid self killer (damage over time) but your chain would get way to long..better get a mag 2-3 hold from the epic sets -

End was awful on my Ice/Elec up until 22 when I got Stamina and SOs. From there I rarely have any problems.
The best thing to do is have lots of CABs in your tray and use rest whenever it's up, as well as the usual things like not running Sprint.
Keep going with it, it's worth it in the end.

get rid of stealth for dull pain and replace barrage with energy punch...barrage=to long animation for to low damage...thats not really handy in pvp..

Just to point out the primairy sets
Spines: if you want an easy time killing squishies (but we have enough of those already:P)
Katana: late bloomer...till soaring dragon your damage aint to good...lotus drops is an awesome pbaoe at lvl 18 tho..this set is also very effective in the later lvl's..
Broadsword: biiig damage..tho less movement..if you move a lot you might wanna take katana instead but the damage of B.S is certainly worth it.
MA: stuns..-fly..very nice damage..knockback..overal a very nice set...might need some end reds in moves tho..
DM: best overal set imo..would be better in pvp if it had build up tho..fear..-acc...immobilize..quick chains of damage (except that shadow maul animation is a bit long)..great build up in pve called souldrain..also a great end drain..if you want a unique experience and a very fun set go DM
Claws: awesome set..very underrestimated..not the highest dps in team pvp/zone pvp but in duels you can keep follow up perma which is awesome..can outdamage a lot of people with it..also 2 range KB moves which are fast and the damage is nice
Secondairy sets
Regen: who doesn't know regen..the insane heals and the nice stamina clone...this set is your friend if you go pve/pvp
Super reflexes: better in pve since i7..awesome like always in pvp..slot it fully and love it..stay away from blappers tho cause they tend to be a pain:P
Invul: underrestimated..mainly cause of the nerf..would take this faster in pve then pvp
DA: its okay..just not that good..lack of kb res is a pain so you find yourself runnin acrobatics a lot...very end heavy...very good heal and its a fun experience in pve..not really worth in pvp badly enough -

I don't see the fuss about dominators..yes their holds are a bit shorter without domination runnin and yes they lack the support..but does that make a bad char?..not at all..they still have holds like any troller and can still break mez protect or 1 hit hold squishies in pvp which makes them a must..and if they are not holding they can always try to chain medium (even high sometimes:O) damage..domi's aren't the BEST solo pvp choice but I would want 1 in every pvp/pve team I have

I disagree that Divilanche goes best with SR. Once you stack two DI on /nin you're practically unhittable anyway, but /nin gets an amazing self heal which I think puts it ahead of SR, especially in RV.

2. no other attacks not..
3. only 1 end red in hide will do..if you got to many slots do 3 def *shrug*

for ninja blade SR all the way...divine avalanche will help you a LOT with it..still..thats only in pve and duels really...your not gonna stand still between 5 heroes to DA twice first after all
...just don't go ninjutsu..its a nice goodie set but won't safe your life...got a regen stalker now and since SO's she's pretty good...so SR and regen are the sets you might wanna try..
