With last patch, there was a 'scream' sound effect added to all powers that have the 'pushing head forwards' animation. It's presumably a bug and will be fixed at a future date.
And there was me thinking I had a bag of opera singers up my jumper :S

I certainly hope so. Created a new defender using natty laser beams from his eyes. Not my favourite power but it's even worse with that horrendous screech.
thats cool, at least its known + a fix should be coming.

i found on the warshade the scream/howl was really well fitting, i like it, it'll be a shame when they remove it.

Playing late at night, running around beating up on carnies it proved suitably spooky!
the noise sucks. It sucks on my pb, it sucks on my ws, and does not fit with any of the characters.

I guess shootiing beams out of your eyes hurts quite a bit.
At least thats my excuse for it and I'm sticking to it.

The Huge sound is damn embarrasing. Its almost like an angry "MOOOOO!"

Has anyone else noticed a really lame sf/x change on their PB Gleaming Eye?
Mine now sounds like an Asthmatic 80 yr old!
