Well im making a MA/Regen Scrapper and wanted to see what everyone thought and also i have no idea how to slot anything. This will be after a respec and also mainly for PvP.

1 = Thunder Kick
1 = Fast Healing
2 = Reconstruction
4 = Quick Recovery
6 = Focus Chi
8 = Crane Kick
10 = Combat Jumping
12 = Swift
14 = Super Jump
16 = Dull Pain
18 = health
20 = Stamina
22 = Provoke
24 = Intinidate
26 = Interigation
28 = Instant Healing
30 = Resilience
32 = Eagles Claw

Ok then, if i get another attack probaly be Axe Kick but is Dragons tail better?, also wat should i remove for either one?

Drop Provoke and Intimidate, Get integration ASAP, ie at 16.

Swap swift for hurdle
Grab Crane Kick at 6 instead of Focus Chi leave that till about 22 and move other powers sooner.
Stamina probably isnt needed, try playing without as QR is better.

I'd recomend summat like this, i've taken this build to 37, then altitis kicked in so i havent played hom for a while, but the build works, very good imo [img]/uk/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Good thought Brim, picked up a few ideas on slots for my 37 MA/Regen, I have to say from a personal point of view, that MA can kick some serious [censored], No pun intended. Only attack I haven't picked up is Cobra Strike and Thunder Kick, because to me I couldn't use them effectively (Well maybe Cobra for the Stun but anyway) Most scrappers steer clear from MoG but I'm going to get it because during the Test Event in Pvp I found that both my level 40 scrapper and stalker could use it effectively in their builds, (thanks again Brim for showing how to slot this) Im guessing the 1 Dmg Resist SO in Resilience is because theres no point slotting it more than that? Dmg Res cap or something similar?

Why do I see cripple kick nowhere..its pretty high damage and lots better then dragon tail..

edit: btw I see that you inspired your build by costons one?..don't...MA already has stun move and eagles claw has a high stun ratio so intimidate is pretty poo..

The reason most people don't slot Resiliance is because the res it gives is so low it's not really worth enhancing.

I found Crippling Axe Kick pretty useless, especially when I got to 32 and Eagles Claw. The animation is just far too long and stupid. I'd definately prefer to have Dragons Tail as although it's not as high damage as CAK it hits multiple foes, has a quicker animation and has a high chance of Knockdown - something which will definately help increase survivability.

I only respeced in CaK with the i7 free-spec but its a very good power. I never needed it previously because of perma-hasten but it has nice secondary effects and ot allows your other attacks to recharge. As said damage is pretty good too 1 shotting a +1 Minion with a critical not too bad [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Yeah, the damage was alright and I do admit it was useful to have from 18-32, but with my standard chain of Storm Kick, Thunder Kick, Eagles Claw/Crane Kick it just didn't get a look in.

Icy who were you talking to then? If it was me, then I actually followed Clexeus and Phils advice for my build mixed in with my own play style, CaK can be great for fliers (as we dont have range attacks like spines/claws) ground em, and an added Immob keeps them still for a while.

An added note, i find DT a good attack for those without KB resist, such as Corr/Trollers, Blasters and the like..Spesh those Stalkers without KB resist. Knock em down, FC + Eagles Claw + Crane Kick...keep 'em down [img]/uk/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

As for the fear note..Im not taking it, simply because I won't use it enough..and that it needs some Acc to it for it to actually hit.

Out of all those, Philosopher's build is the one i'd go for if I was going to PvP with a few changes.

I wouldn't bother with health and would take swift instead. The extra unsurpressed mobility will help a lot more than the minimal regen from health. For a scrapper running integration and fast heal, the additional benefit of health is ridiculously low in % terms.

I'd also drop the two run speed slots in SS and the slot in assualt(running assault is pointless as the benefit is minor but the end cost is high, you're just taking it to open up tactics IMO)and put them in fast heal.

I'd also try to fit stamina in before lvl 30 if possible. Even with QR, you will run out of end with tactics, integration and SS running but it is a very tight build so may not be possible to fit it in.

Would also drop kick and tough for Combat Jump and (possibly)Super Jump. CJ, swift and hurdle with run speed/jump slots in give you some great mobility when coupled with SS. SJ can also be ignored for another attack here, thought you will only get 4 slots in it.

For resilience, one slot is all it should have. The actual reason behind resilience is not the defensive boost it gives as it's not even worth getting out of bed for but more for the fact that it allows you to shake off certain mez's so quickly. This was more of a pre-I7 power when EM blappers could stun and toggle drop regen scrappers with ease but is less of a concern since the changes to toggle dropping. If you're only going to be doing high level PvP, it's a good one to take at 49 as it doesn't need slots.

Don't skip eagle claw whatever you do though as the damage on it may be bad but the stun will help you rack up a lot of kills against squishy toons that try to run.

Your main points to consider are if you can get an attack chain at 30. Getting a build that fits all the required powers in for Sirens is one of the biggest headaches for PvP builds and the level 40 cap on Warburg is a lot more forgiving

Probably, my MA got deleted a while ago so forget the names [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

It's one of the early powers that stuns most of the time. It's not particularly effective against tanks or scrappers because of their mez protection but against squishies, it's a great opening attacking to stop them running and will help you get a lot more kills as a result.

Isn't the cap for Warburg 38?
