1. touch of fear..1 acc 3 to hit debuff 1 or 2 fear
2. no other attacks not..
3. only 1 end red in hide will do..if you got to many slots do 3 def *shrug*
4. 3 acc 2 damage 1 recharge* or 1 end red in AS
Just realised (from reading another thread) that tactics has fear resistance, and considering how many heroes have tactics I may have to rethink my plan. Anyone have any experience of fear vs tactics? Especially when tactics is stacked?

A word of advice (albeit a little late). Hero teams often go in with stacked tactics now as you have said, giving them stacked fear protection. Touch of Fear is only hitting maybe 1 time in 10 with my DM/DA stalker in Sirens.
Mind you it's only 1 slotted with an ACC.

It gives fear resistance its not amatter of it not hitting you just need to stack fear to beat the fear resist

Doh... I meant fear. But anyhow only 1 Slotted it might not be a great example.
Hey all, after trying out a few stalker combos i've settled on a DM/DA. Having loads of fun at the moment (currently lvl 12) but could really use some advice. I will be using him for PvP and will be focussing on the fear and -acc part of my sets. Any help with slotting or builds or general pvp stalker advice appreciated.
Is it worth slotting my attacks with tohitt debuffs? I figure that I don't have much defence so it might make all the difference?
Is it worth slotting all my fear powers for fear duration?
I figure that it will be possible to stand my ground and scrap with this stalker as their acc will be lowered and half the time the enemy will be terrorised.
Also I could use a couple of general stalker tips, what's the best way to use placate? How should I slot AS and do people slot Hide?
