  1. I agree with that all..^^...but the +speed +jump...you mean kuji-in retsu with that?^^..


    one thing..ninjutsu has probaly one of the best mez clickies..fear and confuse res 2^^..one thing..and a major miss in the set..no KB res which gets you killed..so if you can fit acrobatics on

  3. SR without toggles...well..then even a hit and run build would be very hard:P...

    and why is runnin toggles hard..I got my toggles perma on and can defeat 2 enemy's in 1 scrap run...I really don't see the point:P (nrg melee is very end heavy:P)

    Btw..the mez protect isn't a toggle:P..its a click..if you go for a toggle less build go regen or ninjutsu..my stalker is toggle based ninjutsu but you have enough goodies to survive with a hit and run build without toggles on:P (pbaoe placate caltrops self heal etc)
  4. blind CAN 1 hit hold bubblers..and YES its sleep+hold..NO the sleep isn't always noticable..why?..easy..the hold takes over the sleep..only the cone is PURE sleep...to say it very n00bish...you can't be hold and asleep at the same time in the game:P (you can perma with sleep/hold chain tho (mind troller)

  7. Having a stalker myself and enjoying him more then I expected I kinda agree with the topic creator..but like people said..if there is no way against em how can it ever be fair?:P...

    What annoys me more are that people all waste their buids to hunt stalkers..act cocky when they get 1.(z0mFg I pWn3d t3H st4lker)..but then out of suddenly...''oH n03s..a n0n st4lker..lets take a run for it'':O.. since '''t3h other At's ar3 str0ng3r''...(if the villains don't run away themself that is:P)

    anyway its still rock sizzor paper..and since there aren't TO many counter sets (most of trollers..but even less with i7)..well..you can expect people to make stalker hunt builds..so well...you can't say it isn't fair that stalkers can be countered...

    anyway was great..nice battles..no griefing..some irritation the second match of having 3 extemly strong sets against a fairly squishi team but fun all teh way:P

    Super Speed + Hurdle

    Having it like this makes up for what you will lack from the travel power....

    It all depends on how you slot SJ - 2 end, 1 jump and hurdle gives nigh on max jump speed and enables you to leave sj on in pvp zones. Then you toggle CJ on if immobilised as thats the only thing it's good for (and the jump control too)
    Personally i'd take swift and hurdle all the time if possible
    As for moving more easily - hurdle and combat jumping work better than swift and cj unless you've been 'naded.

    swift is better for scrapper then hurdle tho..moving fast is a must in pve..also in pvp (you could slot sprint..but why not just 2 jump SO's in SJ..(it does work:P)).....reason why..come on..does no-one realise that having SJ perma on gives crappy acc?..its minor but still noticable..

    btw doesn't every scrapper have imob protection or does da lack that?:P

    regen=more powerfull..that doesn't mean easier...you want to say that activating your toggles and not look at em anymore (unless you get dropped) is hard?:P..no regen requires more timing really:P
  14. well 7...it does..seeing as I have played both an MA and a B.S to the Low/Mid 30's..well...MA comes pretty close...altho it has to be said that eagles claw can't compare with headsplitter

    true but shadow punch/smite/shadow maul chains very very good...I have all 4 in my build tho but thats also cause of pvp (SP/smite/SM/Air SUp)...siphon life is okay..but drains way to much endurance to be really worth it..with a good regen build you won't really need it...

    giving optional situations isn't really a strong point imo :P..

    later on you will fight a lot of AV"s indeed...but yes I fought ENOUGH AV"s with my kin troller and managed very fine without either of em:P...Its also very depending on team if you fight AV"s (a team filled with melee chars is better for a kin while a blaster heavy team wants an empath)..

    its just like you don't always need scrapper or blasters but against an AV you might want em for the damage:P

    still the max defense buff from it is 15% (I read something about it but it should be higher)...and since Unyield gives -5% its not really noticable..but that can als be just me:P

    I think all powers are pretty much needed (except for resist ELEMENTS (energies is more commin imo)..I can take aggro a lot without invic since my second set is aoe based which gives you a lot of aggro already:P..still having it on safes the squishies so is a good thing to have:P...

    and yes...RPD is a need since most of invul res is based on lethal
  25. True...but a well slotted player still does much better..a good slotted empath is much better in pve then a bad slotted one imo
