Ninja reflexes for pvp..worth it?

I've seen a lot of people not taking it in their build..I'm trying to make a more scrapping like stalker myself (em/ninjutsu)..

so like the topic title says..worth to take or not?:P

yes it a must power. Slot it with 3def, 1 end red

they don't take it 'cause with em, you can stun the foe before it replies, so non need of melee protection.
it's for hit and runner.

by the way em is not the best srapping set IMO
