It would be hard to skin over a SS Tanker cause where would you get all the Statesman stuff?
It's made by editing demo files, just changed the statesman model into the place of a PC model. Or alternatively totally self-coded demo file, but that's unlikely.

err that is basically what i said in more detailed terms >_>
i meant ss as in super strength, which statesman has, but statesman doesnt come with the invul shields on (i spent far too long in recluses victory leave me alone) im sure he has them but they're invisible :P

i think he might have them in the "statesmans pal" mish but not in RV? dunno, when i saw him hitting me i wasnt so worried about the whole "shinyness" but i dont think he had it
