I don't mind the change but..NOWHERE does it actually mention, in game, that this needs to be done. Are the devs simply that slack, or stupid? Or both? A change that screws the rewards, yet people are meant to be checking the forums constantly, in order to actually find out about it?
But again, that isnt my issue.
Just now, I ran the arc with a few friends, on my MM, who began as a villain, and switched to 100% hero, about..5 months ago. Since then, I had not actually done another set of tips with him (because he is poison and its junk). But he is STILL a hero. The last morality mission I did..a HERO one.
SO, we finish the arc, and the A merit option has the following message:
'You must have completed your most recent Morality Mission as a Hero reinforcing your Hero alignment to claim this reward.'
MMmm. Say WHAT? My most recent alignment? Which was a HERO! Or maybe I 'accidently' did 10 rogue tips as a Villain, came to paragon then accidently did another 10 Hero tips, plus Morality...and again, all accidently, became a Hero??
How does swapping sides NOT reinforce my alignment? The alignment is CHANGED! Clearly, I am reinforcing it.
And the very fact that there is no mention at all of this, or even having to have done any alignment, before starting the arc, is a load of total rubbish. How hard can it be? One line of text..'Have a moral mission done.' Super tricky stuff. Nice work devs.

I am looking to move my badge to a new server as Defiant can be pretty quiet. I'm over the 1250 mark at the moment but I need a few Mo badges and the CoP ones.
Can anyone suggest the best server to transfer my character to, that runs Mo, CoP and other badge events frequently? I hear Justice runs Mo attempts and CoP every Friday?
I am in a similar situation although my home server is different. I have been complimenting a move for sometime for my badger and now with essentially a "free" transfer every month I feel like its time to either fish or cut bait. I was looking at Exalted but with it being so new its tough to tell if a badging community will percolate to the surface. -
This worked for me as well. I have to admit Winterminal they should give you Bug Hunter or something for your service. It's one thing to find the bugs but fixing them deserves something..... substantial.

In other news it looks like the pushed a fix through and while some have reported that its resolving issues on both beta and live, I can't even get the launcher to launch after it updated this afternoon. So after all that, I'm not sure what's happening. -
Hmm...I was on this morning, logged for a while and now can't get the NClauncher to work. Simply says I can't use this version of the application with my version os the OS. Weird that it would happen mid day like this.

I find that unlikely, OB. It's a Defender Primary, Controller/Corruptor/Mastermind Secondary, which means it's a buff/debuff set. I suspect that it will mostly focus on speed affecting effects. Slows, recharge buffs, maybe a hold.

I think NC Soft should announce that it is going to do a name purge with the stipulation that they will be auctioning off any names to the highest bidder....
No really!!! Because then we can have a bunch of threads on that instead that a particular player can't get a particular name on a particular server at the particular time that they want it. -

Love the idea to freshen up some of the old GM's. More people would join in trying to be the hero sent for a loop. -
