Ready Check
Most leagues I've seen *do* already - before the "hit the button" - like having everyone check in, or moving to a corner of pocket D.
Couldn't the leader just ask if everyone was ready?
Normally I see a leader try a chat ready check, 4 to 6 people answer, and then they queue up. Leaving the status of the other 14 or someodd people in question.

f7 is your friend. Its default is 'Ready!' and allows you to basically trigger a ready check by creating a macro that says 'If your here, hit f7!' usually works out.
Personally, I'd rather have the system put a timer on anyone who doesnt hit the green button when a trial begins. You join a trial and go afk, you can sit there and cool your heels for an hour ... you can't join another until the timer expires.
Same thing with those who click decline. If you've been in a league for more than say 5 or 10 minutes, then click "decline"... you get the same cooldown timer.
I'd say there would fewer afkers if there was some consequence to the action.

To be honest, we shouldn't need one, but it feels like we do. Just something simple to make sure people are at their keyboards.
Primarily guess it would help prevent league afk splats, and maybe for some of the odd parts of tfs.
