You cannot. You can only toggle off the names of yourself and other players, and also the notifications when your salvage/recipes/inspirations are full. You can also toggle off pop help.

Also remember, dargetting trone doesn't affect the to hit ability of you other devices powers, like trip mine, time bomb, or gun drone. Also, any primary set that includes dropping a pet, like AR-ignite, will not benefit from DT.

It also depends on the secondary you're using. For instance, a DA stalker is not going to waste time trying to AS unhidden, because it will most assuredly be interrupted. Calculate what a waste of resources a Placate+BU + AS is when the AS is interrupted. The game AI is smart enough to know to fire off a DPS attack at you right before it grants your placate, making the Placate to AS pretty much a waste, of time. I do use Placate quite often against tough single targets because of the crit advantage, but for a low defense toon, like DA, trying to use AS in an attack chain is too frustrating to try to make work.

Is it working as intended that Blaster-Burn damages the blaster, but Tanker-Burn doesn't damage the tanker?

It depends on your secondary as well. A DP/Ice might find use in stacking slows from Cryo bullets with your secondary powers.

If there was one blaster primary that would be "the old mace" it would be DP.

My DP/Elec is currently sloshing away in the low 20's. I still play it, not because it feels powerful, but because my concept of the character keeps me entertained. I'll level him, just not very fast.

Well, I bugged it. But its really not hurting anything. When Im autoexemped in TF mode, I cannot access the Tips missions anyway. I have to quit the TF, then the Tips give missions at lvl 50. So it must be ok by the PTB. I agree though, their wording of the patch notes says something completely different than what is actually happening.

Maybe they thought everyone would just play in Praetoria until lvl 20, then come to Paragon or Rogue Islands and the tips would start falling then. If you think of the player starting off in Praetoria, the patch notes make perfect sense.

I am guilty of having fun with this game in weird ways. For instance, I go to the ice crystal in my base, take the old Posi TF on my level 50 tank to get auto exemplared to lvl 15, then dont do the TF, but just run around Skyway beating up Trolls, Ogres, Calibans, Supas...because its fun.

Thats my question. Should tips be falling from lvl 15 Calibans? I thought they had to be lvl 20 and higher?

The best way is the way you have most fun doing it. There is no absolute right way. It depends on lots of things. The level of the mission. IF you're teaming or solo. If the foes resist your damage. Do you just not feel like killing minions today? Do you have enough inspirations in your tray to kill the boss spawn? You may have to kill along the way to get enough reds, purples, whatever. There is no right answer.

OP, if you ever build an enhancer and find out you cannot use it, you have many options. You can:

1) Put it up for sale in the consignment house
2) Put it in a base storage recepticle for another SG member to use
3) Email it to your global, and another character you play can claim it, on any server you may play on. Be aware there is a 60 day limit for leaving items in email, however.

I went to my local Best Buy today, and they didn't even have any copies of GR, or CoX at all. I asked them about it, and they said they would be getting them. So, no I don't think that deal should end today.
