If your in the tight hold group, the amount of AMs and SBs you get on you is enough to take you to the recharge cap, so I don't really think you need to worry about recharge SOs.

It been that long that I've forgotten what getting a bye means.

My Stalker is level 19 atm, Energy/Energy and I will not be stepping into any form of PvP untill i at least have full SOs.
Only thing I need to settle on, is Stealth and Invisibility or Aid Self. -

Funny thing is, 2 Stalkers in a duo, both with Grant Invisability, is cheating.

More to the point, most of the Res is for Smash/Leathal, which is the type of damage an SS Brute does, so he wouldn't do much damage if he did hit you. -

I se 4 possible explanations.
a) Grav/Energy is overpowered around lvl 25.
b) Dominators in general are overpowered around lvl 25.
c) There is some bug that make the resist de-buff from the zone work as a buff instead.
d) The Exempting is not working properly.

e) The heroes you were fighting weren't slotted with SOs/were at the lower end of the level cap for the zone.

The debuff from RI is the same as the to hit debuff..so about 22.5/25%?
freezing rain is NOT worth slotting on it imo unless you go 3 recharge 1 acc 2 defense debuff (didn't even knew that was possible lol)

Never ever slot Freezing Rain with accuracies!! I'm not 100% sure how this power works actually since I'm fairly sure it's not autohit but never ever misses.
Slotting would be 2-3 recharges, 1 end red. You can put 1 or 2 def debuff in it if you have the slots and/or want to PvP.

It does miss, but you would have to be fight well above your level for you to notice it, maybe +5, I'm not sure. -
Hmm, using an Immob or Hold with Hurrcaine is tricky, some times the repel filps and they come towards you and away from where you want them. So instead of bunching a mob up, you scattter them out.
Although, it doesn't happen all the time. -
I'm not 100% sure myself, I think it does.

You would need to stack quite a bit to really effect an Ice tank if they have Wet Ice and Permafrost, and then you have Energy Absorbtion, although I have no idea what level of slow res each of these offer. -
I tried this when the change to Hurrcane's repel came in, to tone down being cornered, I was still able to keep a scrapper and a blaster in the corner with it. I used no other powers (thought Artic Air might have helped keep them in the corner so didn't run it). The Blaster even had SS on and still couldn't run out of it.
Oh and if any Devs are reading this, this is all made up, never happend.

Hurrcane is still nice in PvP, ubut if your fighting against it, don't try and stand toe-to-toe with its user, most of the time, you won't hit them. Best thing to do is use range or get in and out as fast as possable, most debuffs in the game will take a second or two to take effect, which is long enough to activate an attack.

Those SG invites were annoying on my low level tanker, although the chat about why I left the SG within 30 seconds of joining was quite ammusing.
