The debuff from RI is the same as the to hit debuff..so about 22.5/25%?
freezing rain is NOT worth slotting on it imo unless you go 3 recharge 1 acc 2 defense debuff (didn't even knew that was possible lol)

Tornado's defence debuff is quite large I think, and I usualy stick 1 defdebuff in FR but I dont know any numbers for them, tbh I would quite like to know myself

Found out defence debuff on RI is 30% I know tornado defence debuff is huge, i can hit someone in pff with tornado, leave it on for a sec or two thereafter i can hit through pff. It literally floors any high defence with no resistance to defence debuff. I want to know freezing rain defence debuff as a comparison.
Looked high and low, sadly can't find the numbers 
Any idea how to test defence debuff values?

Cheers mate, thats where i got the rad debuff, but theres still no freezing rain and tornado debuff numbers >_<
And it has hurricane listed as 20% accuracy debuff which has to be a joke. I've played a rad and a dark and anecdotally hurricane is waaaay and above darkest night and RI in the accuracy debuff.
Is it just very old info? It was written in 2004.

Never ever slot Freezing Rain with accuracies!! I'm not 100% sure how this power works actually since I'm fairly sure it's not autohit but never ever misses.
Slotting would be 2-3 recharges, 1 end red. You can put 1 or 2 def debuff in it if you have the slots and/or want to PvP.

It does miss, but you would have to be fight well above your level for you to notice it, maybe +5, I'm not sure.

just like rain of fire it has a very high accuary base..seeing as everclear is our trusty pvp [censored] you might want to put some acc in it against SR (I even manage to dodge it with retsu on my stalker most of the time)..I have 3 recharge 2 slow atm since the slow effect sticks pretty long..not sure how I'm gonna respec my slots yet tho
and to everclear...30% is for defenders..

I was just wondering if anyone has a link to the defence debuff numbers on certain powers for controllers. I'm particulary looking at the storm and rad set- Radiation Infection, Freezing Rain and Tornado.
