after the debate going on in the best PVP blaster thread I wondered who people view as the best PVP'ers? so list ur top 5(not in order)players of each AT and we'll see

Hmmm...some interesting names in the defender's list.

Although my build isn't specifically for PvP, I reckon I could give the majority of defenders a run for their money.

So any defenders wanting to take me down, I will gladly oblige.

Scary to see quite to many regens in that scrapper list and nice to see some international names in th lists, seems the cross server pvp nights payed off.
And thanks for the name checks Shaman but i think its safe to say I should be off the list pvp has changed alot since I fought regularly and I doubt I could earn a place these days.

tbh i dont PvP with many people, this is mainly because i duel mostly, and mostly on defiant so tbh i'm not the best person to ask, i also look at people as opponents rather than people until they really stick in my mind. so without further ado, from a mostly solo PoV:

(no offence but the icy blue guy (name?)(psydock i think) performed poorly against my 44 onion spec so doesnt cut it for me)

Trollers

Lt. Keith (any troller)
Imaginary
Omega MCX (more to do with him having TK tho to be honest, not many trollers fight)
Talin le Thaed (AWOL so barely counts)
*not* Osiron, not meant to be a dig, but from a solo/from elec blaster PoV he doesnt understand me as an opponent enough for me to put him on a list (i'd comment on more of the other names but dont know them)

Defenders

GL Jaz (he beat me a few times)
some dark guy i fought but cant remember who, pre single pet and ED though

Scrappers

(no others that i've fought stood out but i havent fought any of the international tanks 1 v 1, i've fought tanks that pwned me, but not for any other reason other than they were had GA or were EM usually, i would put some1 on this list even if i beat them if i thought they were exceptional)

Well, my experience is quite limited and will be refined to Union as I really know little about the Defiant guys.

Defender will be Shaman X, no contest. Rarely seen other defenders cause so many problems.

Tanks would be pretty limited as it's rare to see them so would have to go with Max Powerz.

Contollers, plenty to choose from so no point picking a specific one. Special note to Double Control though. Never seen one cut through mez protection as quick as him but would say mambo is one of the better ones I've fought.

Blasters. A bit tougher as most of them are blappers and the tactics I see used by them are very generic. Crimson Cannon is quite good but the one who impressed me I rarely see around. Morgan Le Fay actually played a blaster as, shock-horror, a ranged damage dealer and was impressive.

Scrapper wise, I'm quite surprised not to see this player mentioned yet as they PvP on Test, Defiant and Union and that is Spyka.

There are also a few from CoV that stand out. Prince Damian and Sturmovik on the brute side and Gutts for the stalkers

I don't know *that* many people from the PvP scene tbh, but here's my verdict.

Defender
Shaman X, no doubt in my mind, I hate you.

Tank
Erm, X-plosive did very well when we fought on Monday, that'd be as an offensive tank, I'd say Max for a "stand there and get hit".

Controllers
I'd say Double Control as well, particulary in 1 on 1's, but for team play it'd probs be Uncle Al's troller (forgot name!?!?!)

Scrappers
Tbh, Scrappers are hard to choose as the best one would be spine/regens and it'd be hard to pick out of them.

Blasters
Me
No, but seriously, Gatling is great and Bitter Ice was great. I'd look out for Icy Thunder as well.
