I picked BABs too. I might run it a few more times just to pick each of them once.
After all, they all need to be able to run around at least once with a real hero who isn't a jackass! -

Quote:Numbers is a drug?!Some of this could be drug related.
Take the actions of Chris Benoit. He was a professional wrestler, a damn good one, and a well kept together person. Now I do not know about his personal life but from his promo's, interviews, and from what i've seen of him on tv he was not somebody who would do what he did.
He killed his wife and son. And then commited suicide.
Drugs are prominent in the wrestling industry. Pain Killers, Anti Depressents, Numbers.
Maybe theres something to prescription drugs.
No wonder I hated math!
Just say no! -
Daughters of the Dragon would make a great movie title, but with neither Misty Knight or Colleen Wing having powers, I am not too sure how well it would sell as a super hero movie.
They do have a lot going for them. Asian samurai hottie and a supah bionic Sistah girl. -
While I would love a She-Hulk movie, I don't want one based off the comic.
Most comic readers and I am pretty sure no regular Joe movie goer wants to see a super hero **** who talks to the audience during the movie.
I would like to see her brought back to her roots. She was once said to have a chance of being Marvel's Wonder Woman. A strong female character with super powers, deep moral convictions and so forth.
The current comics tossed it aside and turned her into a super ****. -
I actually liked those two movies. Sure they were not Oscar material, but then again, I wasn't looking for them to be.

I have read Justice League 0-7 and Wonder Woman 1-9.
I liked the Justice League story. I am not sure where the power levels stand now. It looks like Flash is more powerful as he seems to have lightning abilities. Cyborg seems to have been ramped up as well. Superman seems to have been toned down a bit or maybe they haven't shown him off yet, though it may be that Darkseid may have been ramped a good bit. Green Lantern is a bit over confidant. Wonder Woman doesn't seem to fly now and uses a sword. How much of her old power remains is unknown right now though she is strong enough for Superman to notice.
Steve Trevor runs a government operation that was attached to Wonder Woman, but now branched out to the League. However he is not mentioned at all in Wonder Woman's series.
Some of the narration boxes kind of leaves you wondering who is talking.
Over-all it seems to be a good start.
Wonder Woman is good. I like where it is going though i do have a few problems with it.
I don't mind the change to her back story. I have always felt that it is where they should have taken her to separate her from Supes and Bats.
I don't like the way they depict most of the Greek gods. Hermes has chicken feet? Hades went to the Boy George school of dress? He has melting candles dripping down his face. Why does Poseidon look like a giant mutant octoguppy?
I don't know how old Diana is supposed to be, but there are a few things that happen that there is no way she would not have found out and another things that happened that her mother kept secret from her and the Amazons that the Amazons would have figured out.
Notice that I am trying to avoid spoilers?
I think I know where Zeus is hiding. -

My problem was the scheduling. 3 or 4 episodes and then a longs break followed by a few more then a long wait for the next season which by the time it came back around they had already showed several episodes before i found out it was back on.

Quote:Wasn't that the premise of the movie Looker?Could always do the sensible thing and make everything CG. In a few years, we won't even be able to tell that there are no actors in a TV show or movie. After all, why pay $50 million for an actor when you can just use computers to generate the actor's image and voice. No problem with them doing controversial scenes or physically impossible scenes since CG actors have no rights.

Think about the type of characters you love to create and play in CoX. Their powers, background and personality.
Ask the clerk or even us what comics have that kind of characters. -
I could see Wonder Woman being gay.
OK! I admit it!
I could watch Wonder Woman being gay! -
Quote:95% chance to hit according to the chance to hit rolls chat option which I keep on a separate tab. I also monitor my base hit chance so i will know when I am debuffed.Gauntlet doesn't make you miss. Streakbreaker most often "fails" when you use a low accuracy attack followed by a few high accuracy attacks. Since Streakbreaker is based off the lowest attack in the streak, a 10% chance to hit followed by several 95% chances will prevent Streakbreaker from forcing one of the 95%s to hit. I'd be willing to be that you mix a vet power like Nemesis Staff or Sands of Mu into your attack chain.
Do you actually have a 95% chance to hit, or a 95% accuracy? It's a big difference, as enemy defense and debuffs will greatly reduce that 95%.
Either way, I doubt that you're missing as often as you state - it's probably a matter of perception. And if you ARE missing that much, it still isn't caused by Gauntlet.
I brought this up years ago and people try telling me that I was imagining it. There is a recent thread where someone kept track of it in the chat logs.
I should never miss two attacks in a row, much less have streak breaker force me to hit. Next time I feel like playing my tank, I will go through the chat window and screenshot it. -
I must warn you about a problem with tanks, in particular with gauntlet.
It will cause you to miss.
A lot.
As in I have over 95%+ chance to hit almost anything in the game and have seen attacks that were forced to hit through streak breaker. I have missed four times in a row with a 95% chance to hit. This is not a freak occurrence, it is an every day thing.
After dealing with this with my INV/EM tank, I parked my shield/WM tank and I play other ATs where a 95% chance to hit something means just that. -
My staff/SR is doing very well. At least the staff side is. I am not too sure SR likes me. The lack of resists or a heal kind of hurts at 22. Maybe it will not be so bad once I have 45+ defenses, except for those attacks that hit my tank when I have 100+ defenses. I am sure they will flatten a SR character.
I have died a few times. I am so busy spinning my staff, that I forget to look at my health. -
I was wondering about the ATIOs. Does it check to see which ones you have if you have not claimed any?
I am pretty sure it checks to see which ones you need so that it can give you something else! -
Quote:Here is how I got my damage badges that I needed with my tank. Turn off any defense or resist toggles. You can keep a taunt aura on if you have one. Go into a mission. If it hasn't changed, you do not auto log while in a mission. Grab a few minions and get them beating on you. Eat a few purples and use rest. Once it kicks in, you will take a crap ton on damage, but with only two or so minions hitting on you, the super increased regen takes care of the damage.Shivans!
I mean, ok, I knew they existed, but I'd never taken the time to pop to bloody bay to try it out and pick one up.
Aaaand now most of my characters carry oneSuper handy for those pesky elite bosses all over villain side.
Also the Atlas Medallion! Soooo simple to get. I wish the villainside accolades were as easy to get >> Stupid debt and damage badges.
Turn monitor off and go to bed for the night. -

My Favorite characters from the books are Aria, Daenerys and Tyrion. So far in the show they still are though Tyrion is getting more air time to be awesome.
-
I noticed that each build puts the scrapper set in different powers with some favoring single target while others favored multi target attacks.
What is the general rule of thumb? -
I like running the DFB trial until I get every buff. They come in handy and allow me to not worry about putting enhancements (except for end mods) in my powers until the buffs wear off.
-
If I had my way when creating my INV/EM tank, I would have made it an EM/INV scrapper as that fits the concept better.

In Bubblegum Crisis, the Knightsabers used hard suits while the police used bigger suits. The Knightsabers did have bigger suits that acted like an exoskeleton suit that they could fit over their hard suits. They all fight rogue robots called Boomers.
