  1. I am moderately, but mostly on the arts and crafts side. I like drawing animals, and a lot of folks have characters that are fun to draw. Also furries tend to be much nicer to do commissions for than some other communities. So yeah I'm that person preying on furry wallets I go to more anime cons than furry cons, but I do tables and go where I can enjoy myself and make some money. I make other cute stuff, chokers, and ears sometimes. I need to get back into crafting.
I've started developing a few characters just for fun but I don't see myself as them. I've idly thought about making costumes just for the fun and challenge but probably won't get around to it.
Though yeah I generally identify with a fox because of various reasons. I've been using this handle for a long time.
    See I have a FA... http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kitsunerei/
  2. I don't know. No other game is like City. I can't believe global names never really even caught on. And sidekicking. This is the only game I've loved enough to keep coming back to. Maybe I just will get out of playing MMOs much, gosh knows that'd be good for me.
I'm just going to miss the game and my characters SO MUCH. I put more thought into them than any other game. So much to do, so many wonderful costume parts, so may great powers.
I've never played any other MMO that had even half as great of a community as City. I don't want to go to the douchebaggery.
I tried CO and didn't like it much. DCUO doesn't really interest me. I don't have much desire to get back into any of the other MMOs I've tried or played for a little while, like WoW, WAR, Aion, and Rift. Some friends are pushing me towards GW2 but I don't know that I want to get into that. Blarg. I just don't like the direction a lot of MMOs are going now.
Heh guess I'll be playing Pokemon on my 3DS.
  3. I absolutely think this is the best way to go to continue. I'd happily put money on it on KS, but I have no knowledge with which I could assist.

    This.
But I have not given up hope for City. Its the one game I've always come back to and loved. Is there no company that will purchase it and keep it going? I would absolutely put up money on Kickstarter to see this happen. Please stay with us if there's anything that can be done
  5. Signed.

I'd really like to see the Kickstarter happen. There has to be at least a few companies interested in the property, since it wasn't in the red, and I don't know why NCSoft wouldn't sell since that's the only route left for them to get any more money out of it.
I will hold out hope this can be done until its been absolutely proven it cannot.
  6. I wasn't interested in GW, and I've seen several people talking about GW2 on Facebook, which I initially didn't really have interest in. Though yeah, this makes me never want to give NCSoft a penny again. I thought with all the hype I was hearing that GW2 was successful so far, but maybe not. Seems like a horrible coincidence they just put out a new game, and axe an old.
  7. Wow, thanks for posting so many codes! O.O I've been really wanting this and had been frustrated with the Twitter attempt.

I got mine from the page 10 list, not far down. Thank goodness these you can copy/paste!

    Please Help Me!

I was thinking about doing Demons/Nature soon myself, glad its working for someone so far
  9. I hadn't thought about how much to-hit debuff he throws out, so thanks for making me re-think Fluffy!
  10. Holy crap I didn't know you could do that with /release on pets and Burnout for Lich O.O I can see I'll be respeccing. Again.

You can't go wrong with /Dark, it just has a nice mix of stuff. I have a Thugs/Dark and its amazing, probably one of my best characters. Its hard not to want to go /Dark with MMs.

    OMG double gang war in a cave would be ;_;
  11. Are there any other pets worth slotting this in, or just Bots?
  12. Anyone made anything regarding specifically /Nature with MMs? I know it may be kinda early still.

I could also really use some Beast guidelines.
  13. I love my Illus/Rad. I just love /Rad in general, its a nice variety of flavors. I felt a little bad since that turned out to be the "popular" combo (I had picked it before really looking it up) but whatever, play what you want to have fun with! I got over fussing about how overdone fire/kin was and was glad I decided to go ahead and do it.

    Dark Control

Dark/Dark has been one of my happiest places lately, I love it I tend to like having a lot of pets, and these are all good ones.
I'm actually at the same place as ChrisMoses, I got up to 42 during double exp and now want to slot her into full awesomeness

Ooh they may fix up Ice/?? I'd be happy about that. I've been trying to make a character I like with Ice for a long time. They generally end up deleted.
  15. Thanks much for the guide! I was wondering what to focus on for slotting in some of the control powers and now I have a better understanding of them.
  16. I have a Beast/Time at lvl 27 and have just been largely dissatisfied with them. I want to like Beast, but am having a hard time doing so. I know I like Time pretty well, I have an Ice/Time troller who is pretty awesome. Maybe its just me, but I feel like the Beasts are really squishy and don't damage very much. I've been debating seeing if taking it to lvl 32 and giving them better slotting will improve them or if I just let them gather dust.

I was also considering rerolling as Beast/Nature, but I didn't think it'd help since I thought /Time was a pretty good choice. I think the theme sounds more fun though.
  17. Thank you for redeeming Ninjas for me XD
  18. I just wanted to thank the folks who worked on Nature for making another set that is totally up my alley. I'm a troller and support type player, and I thought Dark control/Dark affinity was going to be the pinnacle of what I'd see in the shop in my flavor (I loved it!). But I love plant theme, and here's a whole fun supporty set that has a variety of tasty buffs and debuffs too!
  19. Ok thanks, I'm not going to sweat trying to do that with Overgrowth then! I figured a power like that wouldn't be easy.

    Pets and Nature?

So I'm having a really hard time deciding what to pair with Nature. I was thinking that it sounded like a set that should be great with MM pets, but is it? Is Nature on a MM strong enough to keep your pets alive and beneficial enough to them, or is it just an ok set when compared to your other options? I know generally healing doesn't keep your pets alive since they die so fast, but does this set have enough HoT and variety to overcome that?
Does this set have any particular synergies with MM primaries?

I'd probably mostly likely be considering Demons. (Man I wish they weren't so big and ugly.)

Another possibility is Beast, but I've been pretty underwhelmed with that set. I have a Beast/Time that I feel like the Beast part of that set is mostly useless. Would I feel any less that way with /Nature? I thought /Time would be hard to go wrong with.
They die like Ninjas and their damage seems incredibly lackluster. It takes the whole group of em some time to take down just 1 minion. I got up to my last pet but not the lvl 32 enhancement yet. Maybe I'm just missing something about Beast.
It really seems like melee pets have a much harder time than ranged.

I could do Ninjas... but they were pretty painful. I did a Ninjas/Pain. I don't think I want to go through Ninjas again.

I already have a Necro/Poison, Thugs/Dark, Bots/Traps, Mercs/Sonic so I prefer not to repeat myself with primaries. I know this doesn't leave me a lot of good choices ^_^; Though a small part of me would consider doing Necro again. Thugs I definitely love as-is and Bot and Merc aren't that fun with a nature theme for me though I could see others using it.

I mostly wanted to see if it was worth doing on a MM in particular, or if I should continue considering a troller or Defender instead.

Is it hard to perma Overgrowth? I still havn't started with NA but want to soon. Still deciding what to make!

    /nature affinity

Anyone have any thoughts about Electric/Nature? I'm idly thinking this because I started an Electric/TA I didn't like but didn't give the set much of a chance. I've already done solid characters on a lot of the other control sets and I don't like to repeat myself.

    Haha, nice.
I personally plan to take everything. I was pretty excited about this set, because I feel like it was "make for me." I love plant themes, generally play support, and like all the different things incorporated into the set. And here I thought I wasn't going to find much else to love after Dark Control/Affinity.

Entangling Aura seems a lot like Choking Cloud, which I like but I know a lot of people consider skippable. I was a little sad to see so many people say Lifegiving Spores was skippable since that's an end grant for others, but I can see that if you are more of a solo person.

My main problem now is deciding what to play it on- a Defender, Corrupter, Mastermind, or Controller. Controllers tend to be my favs, but it seems like a set that would also work great with pets as a MM, but its tempting to play it on a Defender just to be at maximum power. I'm not sure what Nature really synergizes best with in terms of powers, though there are several sets that would be a nice thematic synergy, plant being the most obvious, but also water, beast, and ice.
  24. I like them for the most part. And honestly I'm ok if I don't 100% love the enemy redesigns. I'm still going to fight them! I'm really glad to see them tackling more and more of the older groups and giving them a more detailed and updated unique look.
