    XP Mechanics

I think they made it like all league members share XP now as long as they are in the range for sharing it but it maybe just for itirals in that way. Anyway usually bigger team means lesser XP with each enemy but more spawn and boost on total XP got.

However on MSR spawns may not be relate to size of league or they maybe capping after a certain number. For example 24 (it is just a figurative number however and may not be case at all) so until 24 players are met you get lesser XP for each rikti but more rikti spawn but after 24 players you still get lower XP for each additional player but spawn is same (again this may not be the case and numbers are just examples)

If leaguemates does not share XP outside itirals than your teamsize and your team participation (in this case dropping % of HP on each rikti they fought) are important factors too. A bigger team can spread out their influence better than a smaller one and teams get a bonus on XP depending on number of players in it before XP is divided among them (lets say if a rikti gives 100 xp to one player it gives 160 xp to a team of 8 than it is divided among them 20 xp for each, again numbers are just fugurative and does not reflect how it is on live)
  2. It is only too much -res if it is from same source since if not indicated those won't stack (reactive interface stacks up to 4 times achielle proc does not stack withself neither glad proc, not sure about sonic powers)
  3. You need 37 tokens in total to get all fire and ice options (3 for them) so you need an aditional 6 tokens which means you require to buy 1200x6 points 7200 points. I suggest 100$ option though since it gives 9600 points in total and it will leave you a few extra tokens to spent on other things.

Than you can buy timecards again from amazon.com or any other retailer and just give him the keycode.

Or you can get a box from amazon.com there are different boxes that comes with a free month of play and almost all are under 10$ so win-win (actuall if you get Going Rogue, artitect edition, good vs evil and CoV collectors all togerther it will come to 33.32$ for 4 months of free play and most of things in game unlocked and except one all are eligible for free shipping)

Tokens and points awarded each month seperatly iirc so you will get 3 token and a total 1200 at the end of 3rd month (or at the beginning of 3rd month)

Looking at amazon.com earlier today I see there is 4 box sets each with interesting bonuses. Dr_Darkspeed already gave link for going rogue one but instead of getting CoV collectors edition check good vs evil pack instead. It also has 3 game option (actually it is just an option that puts 3 product in your shopping cart there is no additional price discount) and it is 2$ cheaper than CoV collectors edition. You can either get all 4 of them for alot of bonus content a good amount of hero clix figures (CoV collectors comes with them) and 4 month VIP about like 33.32$ and if you are living in an area that provides free shipping it wont cost more than that.
  8. It is hard to put in order to things I am looking for in i24 but if i make a list;

    1) Resist changes: This includes both increased resist in IO's and replacement of debt and mez prot with some other useful things since my main is a SR scrapper.

    2) New IO's: frankly speaking I wish there was 2 or 3 slot I could spare from my build to getall of procs at least they are not game-breaking but almost all of new procs (Except TAoE one) increase survival of a toon one way or other.

    3) new super packs along with second ATO's: I am not sure if they will be released with i24 or before it but it is something I am excited about anyway.

    4) New PPM mechanic: Especially gaussian proc in build up is now godly I think a few kin stalkers gonna break more than records or walls

    5) New normal contents and KR changes: I am staying away anything story related in beta but considering the amount of new content I can say it will be exciting.

    6) New incarnate content: Eventhough no new slot or trial coming there is plenty of things for after level 50 in this issue considering the amount of updates.

    7) New power sets, customization to certain pools, blaster changes: These are last but not least of my list I am a melee person at heart but with new martial power sets and changes to blasters I may decide to roll one and see what will happen. Customisation to certain pools is a bonus on the main dish.

Now I understand that this description has been kept as brief and vague as it can be so not to hinder someone's ability to make and write a character however they choose. But the problem I am having is what exactly can a Kheldian meld with?

A Kheld is an energy based species, that basically uses the human form as a way to house their energies; The Kheld gets a place to live, while the human gains abilities, knowledge, longer life, and the ability to say 'we' when referring to themselves. With the Kheld being an energy creature in mind, my question is whether our not it is possible to meld with a body that either has no mind, or is not alive?

Which boils down to, can the undead become Warshades and Peacebringers?

The next question following a similar mind set of energy creature. Is that when a Kheld joins with a human, that person's body is overall changed and reprogrammed into a differen't being all together. Changing body and mind alike during the joining. The human brain is a complex machine, but overall is a biocomputer in general, exchanging information via small bit of electricity and energy being transfered amongst the lobes. Would it then be within the realm of possibility for a Kheldian to use their energy form, and reprogramming nature to join with a robotic being/robot form?

Which boils down to, can robots become Warshades and Peacebringers?

    Thank-you for your assistance.

For the death part. In the comics where Apex and Warwitch are main heroes There was a PB I think name was Pharoah and his kheld merged with him after his death or near death (Pharoahs kheld managed to merge with his becuase his death was recent and his energy was stil around) as a result human part was death but its memories overrides khelds since kheld himself was gravely wounded. For robot part it is a little tricky. If you think the human energy that khelds merge with as soul (which is closest thing I can think of) than if you manage to store a soul in the robotic body there maybe a chance.

There are many free costumes and other things for VIP's so just including VIP itself is a big bonus.

Same with defiant but admitedly I wasn't in itrials for a couple of months now. Still leading group in defiant (there are not much players in defiant that does itrials so there is some kind of schedule for usual runs each day and there are some groups that make runs out of that schedule as well) rarely spams incan and it is almost always in a keyes final fight. On TPN it is used to get faster in buildings and people are warned about it before trial starts
  12. Anymore utility power and pool won't be fighting anymore and more like "combat support" or something like that. When I first saw the changes on pool I was both sad and happy at the same time. The pool won't be changed for my katana/SR since fighting powers causes redraw and I don't really wanna bother with it but it also means there will be less changes on my build. I also just take boxing/kick to get tough and forget that they exist but looking at my current build I can't really say I have anything I want to pick over boxing for various reasons.

    1) Boxing just sits there doing nothing which also means it does not consume my limited number of slots. Any other power I would decide to take will probably requires at least one more slot in it which I don't have place to share.

    2) When I examplar down 20 or lower I only have 3 attacks from my primary pool and boxing along with vet powers better than nothing to have to fill the gaps in attack chain.

    3) As a set mule; I am not using this but boxing can slot absolute amazement which is a set that i can't put in my kat/sr (body mastery epic with only conserve power and physical perfection becuase of end issues and concept reasons) and i can only puttwo purple sets and two ATO's (in beta) so having that 5th purple bonuses completed with it not bad and when condition in 2 happens it becomes an interesting set that helps survival on low levels.

Lastly with current changes I may make a MA toon to add new fighting pool as a whole for concept reasons and it won't at least too bad.

And only thing that effects others is shield walls proc. For f/c there are hecatomb, red fortunes, armageddon beside shields walls proc. For s/l I have a couple of sources but main is scrapper ATO.
  14. Ok just to put my 2 cent in. I copied my live toon atbeta to see how much resist he will get. He didn't had too much sets that will be changed just 3 red fortune and some other sets that their res will be increased. So far my toon had around %20 S/L res, %14-15 F/C res and %3 in others. After I long in to beta and get on my toon. The res are like this %34 s/l, %23-24 f/c, %5 others.

Considering mine is a super reflexes character and will get scaling resist anyway I say these numbers are sweet I can even feel the effect when I tried to beat a pylon today.

So, say 125% slotted after Alpha, then 100% with buildup active, 25% sets, 10% passive hybrid assault, 100% from the base power damage itself. If I'm on a scrapper with a 500% damage cap, I only have 150% potential buff remaining (Ie coming in from teammates and active hybrid core, assault, etc) before anymore is wasted yes?
%140 actually you forgot %10 from hybrid but I think yes this is how it works don't forget though if you are using combat attribute window it will only show you buff limit which is %400 for scrappers (it does not count base) and it won't tell you if any attack already hit the upper limits it will just show you %400 global cap reached or not but most scrapper attacks will be capped at %250-%300 interval (my goldendragonfly for example has %141 enhanced damage on its own including alpha) Also don't forget buildup only stays 10 second if you have a quick attack chain you can use your big hitter twice with it though)

EDIT: Also with new PPM mechanics I expect people putting gaussian build up proc in build up itself so it will be giving %200 damage boost most of the times.

Far to many players have burned thru all of their other respecs and rely on the freespecs because they can't afford or are unwilling to buy respecs from the store.
Considering you can get respec in-game by doing like what 1 hour tops of a trial and there is 3 for each side I think this is mostly worst excuse of a nerdrage ever but this is internet it won't stop people to rage about something (and before anyone reminds me I am aware as well my own rage about hybrid :P)

You are forgetting that same debuff's from same procs does not stack (achielle's heel -res has same problem otherwise all katana and broadsword players would be filling all of their powers with it) so all you would be getting is longer debuff duration and that is only if your proc trigger off after the current one's duration ends.

For set I aggree with claws especially after what happened to hybrid we know that devs won't give out bonuses that they don't think WAI (honestly I still fail to see how getting a toggle perma is not considered as WAI but it was their perspective) and if they had choice I think they will be giving out resists instead of defenses on new IO's from now on.

LFG tool is actually pretty good for forming TF's it is just people don't know or care to use it and lose time to get into TF's zone. Still advice is not wrong but it is not tools faults it is players that does not use it.

%41 for incarnate enemies but having every other attack hitting is far worse than having only 1 out of 20 attack hitting and you only need to reach %45 defense give or take a couple more for DDR meanwhile you need to reach resist cap which starts from %75 depending on AT and moves to %90. Even if defense and resist gets similiar bonuses defense is still better protection unless you get a few unlucky shots.
  21. for attack chain all I can suggest is taking a calculator and calculate which one would be more effective. Musculurate ddamage with delay or gapless attack chain but a little trick would be using enhancement boosters on all enhancements on your attacks and see if you can close gap without agility I think you should be able to do that or get close enough that muscularate will be better dps choice.

I really didn't need for taunt aura. When they start running off i switch target if there is no other target than I run up to them (have both ninja run and superspeed for different examplar levels) and use soaring dragon or goldendragonfly to ku/kd them than pound them until they are death.

Last time i checked critical hit was not doubling proc damage so really double hit won't be any better on a scrapper or stalker than on a tanker or brute. On the other hand increased damage due to global boost will be boosted by critical hit as well so other sides increased damage boost would be more appreciated on stalkers and scrappers.
