It floors at -300% (that's -300% total resistance, not -300% of debuffs). For most situations, the floor might as well not exist.

Resistance resists resist debuffs, so while there is a cap to -res, you can pretty much ignore it.

Also, Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

Resistance resists resistable resistances.

Pretty much, no such thing. A theoretical limit exists, but I don't think it's 'in-game' real, ever...

Is so, it would take a really specialized team to even hit it vs anything where you cared...

It is only too much -res if it is from same source since if not indicated those won't stack (reactive interface stacks up to 4 times achielle proc does not stack withself neither glad proc, not sure about sonic powers)

I'm pretty sure it's impossible for a single character to come anywhere close to capping out -res.

Probably, yeah

But a Storm/Sonic defender with loads of recharge can do some pretty surprising things. (Separate castings of Freezing Rain stack, allowing windows where Freezing Rain can be double-stacked with "good" recharge; /Sonic Attack can dish out about 100-120% worth of Resistance Debuff on a heavy recharge Defender build, creating a top-end debuff of about -230% when one throws in Achilles Heel, Fury of the Gladiator, and Reactive interface)

If you "cheat" and throw in a Chem Nuke (50% res debuff) and .... some hypothetical other Temp power (can't think of any off the top of my head) that includes at least -20% res, then the -300% resistance cap can be achieved against a foe in areas where they have no existing resistance.

Put this way, if the enemy has 90% resistance and you would need over -3000% to floor it.

Dont think there is a such thing as too much -res. As much as you can get the better.
