I don't think that you can do this directly. However, you could just give him the money, or set up a PayPal account for him to use to fund his account. But I don't think the game allows you to "gift" time.

Or you can get a box from amazon.com there are different boxes that comes with a free month of play and almost all are under 10$ so win-win (actuall if you get Going Rogue, artitect edition, good vs evil and CoV collectors all togerther it will come to 33.32$ for 4 months of free play and most of things in game unlocked and except one all are eligible for free shipping)

Sounds like this is my best solution then. It's odd that they don't have a provision to do this when there's all that referral bonus stuff available.

No it's much safer for everyone not to allow it at all.
Instead what they should do is sell Paragon Point/game time cards that way you can buy the card and the player can use it for points or game time.

Well there's always the option of putting money on a paypal account that he can use to spend on his CoH account.
I think that still works.
Ok, I want to buy a couple of months of VIP for a buddy of mine, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it. I've tried in my NC Soft account area, and I've tried the market. I've seen nothing which allows for this. So how the heck do you do it?
