That certainly sounds like a bug. I didn't even realize the First Ward arcs were in Ouroboros. I'll have to check them out.

Your point about NCSoft taking on legislative responsibilities seems mis-targeted to me. They are in a business in which their customers are seeking to express a virtual identity through a name in a game. To the extent to which another company can restrict NCSoft's customers from doing perfectly legal things within the game they pay to play, NCSoft has a responsibility to defend against predatory legal action lacking any real merit. If NCSoft wants to sacrifice their own rights (and those of their customers) in order to save on legal fees incurred defending bogus lawsuits, then that is their choice. But that is the sort of "responsible business practice" that allows protection rackets to flourish. I don't find it particularly laudable even if it is highly "practical".

The $100 package DOES give you 8 Rewards Tokens. I speak from personal experience. Furthermore, since it was my FIRST purchase of points, I got the extra bonus Token for a total of 9. -

Personally, I think it *IS* a 'real' travel power. Once upon a time, before Inherent Fitness, I used to skip travel powers completely on some characters and rely on Sprint/Swift or Combat Jumping/Hurdle. Now, all my characters can have Ninja Run/Beast Run for 'free' (i.e. no power selection required). Now, I have a lot of characters who skip the 'real' travel powers. -

Well, you can always use one of the methods that people used to use to track what Praetorians they had defeated before Null the Gull came along. You can use the playernote function to write a note on YOURSELF. Since it's your note, no one else can see it.

There's no reason not to Claim All in the Account tab other than maybe avoiding clutter. The Character Items tab should be used more judiciously.
My personal gripe is that we should be able to drag the border of the email window to expand it so we can see more than a few items at once. -
