Yep, the message is flat-out wrong. Any crossing over to the other side zones will remove tips and active missions but you can just set them again after you get back.
As far as I have been able to find, nothing will revert your alignment. Maybe it did in the early planning stages for GR and that's where the incorrect message comes from. -

When we first got the market, people were DUMPING the costume salvage. I bought nearly 100 sets at an average of 17,000 inf per set. Not 'per piece' - PER SET OF FOUR.
I still haven't used it up despite giving it away to friends.

Quote:Well, Castle said items selling at or above the price cap is an indication that the system is "broken". This suggests that they would like to do something about it.Supply people with more drops and prices will fall because people want to sell. You'll have a hard time convincing devs to change drop rates though.
Says who? I call bull on this. Provide a citation or take your 'personal opinion masquerading as official position' and stuff it.Quote:There are already transactions taking place involving PvP IO's that are in excess of 2 billion. Raising the inf cap would, among other things, facilitate these transactions without having to jump through the hoops that players are currently forced to do.

Quote:Right. You place it from 'Place Personal Items'. After that, if you need to move it, you do so from the base editor.ok, so to be clear... I craft the auto doc, it goes into personal items to be placed, I resell the worktable and then place the autodoc where I want it (permanently)... if so... perfect!
Also, keep in mind what redtornado pointed out: you have to EARN the Auto-Doc. It is linked to the first SG healing badge. -
Quote:I believe that would be The Monotones. No, wait, they performed the song. Dunno who wrote the book. And the one question that never seems to get asked, rhetorically or not: Who wrote the book of love?

#1: Can a toon stay in Praetoria, as in NEVER do the exit to Prime Earth mission?
Yes. You'll run out of contacts, but yes.
#2: If they stay, can they still level by exemplaring passed 20? [As in level from 20-50]
Yes. Actually, you can do normal missions past 20. Just like in Paragon City, if you have started an arc you'll be allowed to continue it. So you can definitely get to at least 21 on your own missions. That's as far as I've gotten before leaving Praetoria.
#3: Are there any ways to unlock capes in Praetoria or costume slots? [I know there is a halloween salvage witch already.]
I don't think so. I only know of one tailor and she does not offer any missions (last time I talked to her, a couple weeks ago). -
That's the only one I saw. I have it and it's not bad. Talking about the 'mousepad' aspect, not the artwork. I hate mousepads but this is a 'gaming skin' so it's very thin.

Quote:Bingo. I got my second account long before we could have more than 12 slots per server. It's so useful that I've kept it active. They used to use those accounts a lot before we were allowed more than 12 toons per server (36 max).
I can run both under some circumstances. I've done it quite a bit when 'soloing' the old Positron TF. When exemped to 15 (before we got to keep powers 5 over our level), both characters are a lot easier to play. Ironblade is broadsword which has really long recharge. That gives me time to switch back and forth. I play with both in windowed mode, side by side. I have a 16x9 widescreen monitor. -

Quote:Did you overlook this part? Please note: while we are reserving that two-hour period for maintenance updates, they will not necessarily require the entire two hours and additional updates may be scheduled outside this time-period as needed. We may also perform maintenance on additional servers, such as the web servers, message boards, or login servers.
implies 2 hours or less not
2-4 hours or more
"and additional updates may be scheduled outside this time-period as needed"
Right... the classic "I bought a Big Mac so I can tell them how to run McDonalds".Quote:We do pay their wages and a little insight into when we can play would be nice.
They posted that they didn't know initially that it would take extra time.
Well, now you know. With the added complexity of Going Rogue and Praetoria, apparently setting it up does take longer. -
I think the OP is mixing up events. He said that the first time going blue, he got the temp power and the 50 reward merits. No. You *DO* get the temp power the first time you hit the hero alignment but you get the 50 merits the first time you REAFFIRM (i.e. do the hero morality mission AGAIN). So something doesn't add up.

It sounds like the supergroup color settings are changing it. Are you in SG mode? If so, go to the SG color selection screen and see what costume parts are checked for SG colors.

Quote:Mega uncreative and epic fail because YOU can't kill him. That's pretty funny. So if I can't solve the crossword in the Times, it's because it was written by a moron, right? Its so frustrated, that the game developer are so mega uncreative and give him so a epic fail idiotic skill, so hes permanently unkillable for us.

He's not unkillable, just very tough.
So you have no debuffs at all?Quote:We haven“t a Kin, Miasma or a Rad. Corruptor.
Well, we may be able to offer some advice. I would make two suggestions:
1) Start a new thread, since your question has NOTHING to do with this one.
2) Tell us WHICH VERSION of Statesman. (i.e. Where are you fighting him? Is it the one in Recluse's Victory? In a mission?) -
Quote:No. You keep saying this, that there is no downside to this change but you don't KNOW that. You're just guessing/assuming. If this becomes City of Soloers that will have an impact on the atmosphere of the game. Will it be positive or negative? I don't know. Neither do you. However, the prososed QoL change is not a negative. Mearly opening the door to allow a single person to play more content, at their own speed.
It seems, though, that the devs have an OPINION on this and that they feel it would have a negative impact. Since none of us know for sure, their opinion wins.
And get over this, please. You keep hitting this theme in many of your posts. Guess what! We can have open minds and intelligent discourse and STILL DISAGREE with you. Just because someone thinks you are wrong does not make them close-minded imbeciles. Your attitude in this discussion leaves a great deal to be desired.Quote:Please, OPEN you minds. -
Quote:Nothing. If there is no one else for superleader to pass to, it doesn't go anywhere. However, you still will not be able to enter the base or earn prestige for the VG as long as your alignment is Hero or Vigilante.Second question is my Full Ninja set-up Stalker has a super Group and Super base but is teh only one init, now if I cross ove rto being a hero and the the control of the group automaticly goes to the next member in line what happens when there is no one else for the control to be handed to?

To be more precise: the devs' original intent was to restrict full rewards to "once per day". After it was pointed out that a task force time can vary and a team might not start at the same time each day, Synapse (or was it Sunstorm?) agreed that a shorter timer would be consistent with the original intent and it was reduced to 18 hours.
-
I can do that as long as it starts close to 9. I can do tomorrow also and time doesn't matter since I'm off Friday.
You can see if I'm online on the Infinity Hamidon channel. I know you're on it, since I unsilenced your second account last night.
I'm @Ironblade One or @Ironblade Too.

I've been hoarding inf and reward merits for some time. I'm still waiting for new purple sets; specifically defense, resistance and healing.
-
Yes, you can downsize the plot and get a refund. Unfortunately, you can't go any smaller than the 8x8 basic plot.
-
You can't. There is no way to INTENTIONALLY shut off the special effects on base items. For some items, the animations simply stop on their own after a short time. In my base, we'll have the force field animation for a few hours after paying the rent, then it just stops until the next time it is paid.

Quote:Just a small point to raise here, but it may be relevant to your concern. The task forces have a minimum team size requirement to START them but the minimum spawn size is just TWO.I'm sure that even the min player req spawn (ex: 4 min spawn for Posi) would be an acceptable challenge to a "Soloist" such as myself.
To clarify the system:
If you start with 8 and 6 LOG OUT, it will be spawning for 8.
If you start with 8 and 6 QUIT THE TEAM, it will be spawning for 2.
If enough people quit to reduce the task force to one person, it will automatically disband.
So you can find 3 people to start a Positron TF and then have one quit - it will be set to spawn for 2. You can do the same with any TF. You just need enough to start initially, then you need to keep at least one extra person on the team since the minimum to stay in a task force is a team of two.
