  1. Neither does the Good vs Evil jump pack. It looks like when they tried to get all the temp travel powers to work in the trials, they borked them system-wide (they only work intermittently in the trials).

Give it some time. I'm still working on one of my tanks. My next toon to take through the trials is an earth/rad with perma-AM and perma-Hasten. He'd be useful on a small team attempt.
  3. I'm in. My controller Al Pine has hit 30.

By the way, since Twilight's Son's arc is in Ouroboros, people should be aware that ROGUES will NOT be able to join us. While Rogues can do blue-side trials and task forces, they can not get in to 'blue' Ouroboros. Only Heroes and Vigilantes will be able to do that arc.

I do not think this is correct. ParagonWiki says it's a bug. Unless you can provide a citation stating otherwise . . . .

You THINK zero repercussions, on the basis of your currently-limited brain.
You don't have any amazing powers yet.

Yes, it does. That's an example of a power affecting your costume, not the other way around.

First Tiger Hobbes says any AT that lets you have claws, because there is no cooler powerset.

    Try looking here on ParagonWiki.

Your comment is rude and insulting to the players.
Also, you are WRONG. Plenty of people volunteer to help others with all sorts of activities. I see it all the time. (I also do it a lot.)

Yep. My first thought was anything that looks like an improvised weapon - wrench, bat, etc.

Because it's regarded as 'cheating' and outside of the spirit of the question. It's like having 3 wishes. You're not allowed to wish for more wishes.
  13. It's probably 'possible', but this game does not work that way BY DESIGN.
Wings do not give you the power of flight.
    Wearing armor gives no protection.
Heavy coats don't make you resistant to cold.

While some powers will affect your appearance, it doesn't work the other way. Costumes do not affect your capabilities.

Interesting. Maybe it's only certain of the pets? When I got the MVAS on my tech tanker last night, he summoned the MVAS, the Clockwork non-combat pet and the Clockwork buff pet. None of them overlapped. Soon he'll also have two Praetorian Clockwork from the Lore slot and we'll see how that goes.
  16. We have not been informed of the percent chance for each of the reward tables.

With any random event, there is no 'normal' time for it to occur. If we knew the percent chance for each table, we could calculate how many trials would give you a 50% for a Very Rare or a 75% for a Very Rare. In a large enough sample, there is going to be someone who goes 100 trials or more without getting one. Meanwhile, their friend gets one every other trial.

Several people have suggested that the Incarnate trial random tables should have a 'streakbreaker' just like combat. After some number (20? 30?) of successful runs, you are forced to receive a Very Rare.

You highlight the word YUM, then click the icon with an image of the Earth and a chain link (worldwide web link). That opens a dialog box where you can type (or, preferably, cut and paste) the URL.
  18. Based on the number 21 appearing in the sentence about the new zone, I conclude there will be a casino involved.

    Fixed Rewards?

No, it doesn't work that way. If you got the Uncommon or Rare or Very Rare table, you were also QUALIFIED for the Common table. Your performance can't raise you 'above' the Common table.

And, technically, even if "some people/characters just do not get commons. Ever." is completely true, it doesn't prove anything. Out of the thousands of people running the trials, having some people never get a specific table is EXPECTED. Also keep in mind that the rewards were borked until just this past Tuesday.

    Inf in storage?

There is another thread where people are speculating how they could be so stupid and/or incompetent to come up with that number.

    56 Billion inf ?

Wow. That's really sad since I have over 30 billion. I never realized the rest of you were dirt-poor.

    But that's just a guess.
*ALL* of mine is stored 'on character'.
I think someone simply did a piss-poor job of extrapolating from a limited sample.

GROSS exaggeration. I've done two of them since Issue 20 and didn't have a problem assembling a team. Seriously, you only need 4 people to start it.

Correct. I had also done them previous to Issue 20 and was not retroactively awarded the badges.

The Blackwand and Sands of Mu are supposed to be disabled.
  24. No one said it would be difficult to move an SG. But I agree with Amy_Amp. I don't think it's going to happen. Probably not ever.
