  3. well damn. Poison for MM's sounds pretty terrible lol.

    Mid's says the debuffs are AoE for MM's..I guess it needs a update?

    Personally, I'd never take Neurotoxic Breath cause it doesn't do damage. Mitagation becomes less and less attractive to me. Although, I could see it being effective for a MM...I'd never say it was the best Poison power..

    I think its within the price range..

    btw, as less and less people pvp, I'm sure you could get away with 31kb protection or none lol.

    31 should protect you from Lift, Levitate, and blaster power push.
    31 will not protect you from Defender/Dominator version of power push (need 41), nor will it save you from Force Bolt (need 49ish)

    but again, since yer making a "all around" type build 31 is acceptable (imo).

  6. well. You really need to take Rage... especially since you dont have any set bonuses. The ToHit from Rage will assure your attacks land consistantly.

    I would just show your friend how to monitor combat statistics and observe Damage bonus.
    The bonus turns from green to red and is a nice indicator that you've "crashed". During this time you can taunt/heal/herd/picknose.

    Focused Accuracy is one of the most end intensive powers.. I wouldn't take this with a SO build.

    Like Vauluur mentioned. OG is some nice mitagation. It's not great but you dont have to spend any slots on the power (practically free endurance usage)

  8. looks good. I added some tweaks, but it looks fine as is.

    since I had a surplus of 1.12%hp's and 10%regens, I decided to slap some Sheild Walls in there.

    I guess Energy Cloaks' defense surpresses? so 48% is prolly the ideal number to shoot for.

    You might choose a alpha before your final min/max'd build..

    This altered version only has 44.3% AoE, but most AoE's are fire based right? Since your fire and cold defense are capped I let it side (YMMV).

  20. after working with a few builds..I wouldn't take Ice Arrow at all for this combo.

    Its not needed even as a mule, and its substandard compared to Block of Ice.

  21. well with Time's Juncture, you'll want to be pretty close to melee (25ft radius). I'm not sure how close you have to be to your pets to buff them...mids says 60ft for Supremacy so I guess thats doable. You'd have to constantly be between your pets and the mob if you were gonna use a ranged type pets. This is all speculation btw, sounds like you know alot more than me about mm mechanics.

    yer selling your build short. you didn't have CJ or Manuevers toggled. the numbers are actually 48% melee, 42.4% ranged, 42.4% AoE. Parry puts you at 63%

    If one teamate is close to you Phalanyx Fighting will boost your numbers to 45%

    looks like you've got some flexibility. should be a fine build.

  24. yeah, i tend to throw caution to the wind, but 90% of the time you'll just be using fulcrum and Energy Torrent and Explosive Blast. Any minions you've pulled from the melee probably won't return fire because of kb mitagation. Any Lt./Boss that you pulled away from the melees will have a reduced strength return fire.

    Its not safe, but you can judge how good your melees are and decide when they've got the attention of the mob.

    the main "fun" of this build is having a blaster lvl nuke every 90 seconds or so.

    Ive done this with kin/psi, kin/rad, and a kin/nrg. It's fun for me anyways
