looking for a mastermind/Time build for low to mid level play

most builds I've seen highlighted in these forums are for lvl 50. I'm about to pair Time with a mastermind build and would like to see some usable builds that get me through much of the tedium in leveling--at least until the first respec. no particular focus on melee or ranged pets, but I know some primaries like demon summoning or beastmastery benefit more from taking attack powers rather than robotics and some others.

To sum up, I'm not new to mastermind (robotics/FF) but would like to see some low to mid level builds that put Time to work, which powers I can skip for certain minions, etc. Thanks in advance!

The easiest thing to do with leveling builds is just build for SO with ED in mind. This means:

Attacks (Pets in your case): 6 slot with 2 ACC/3DMG/1 ENDREDUX
Debuffs on Time: 4 slot is likely enough for most things. Just choose the one thing you want to enhance and build for that.

Up until lvl 38, you'll be hard pressed to get 6 slots into anything other than your pets anyways.

By 40, you should start investing in IO's for set bonuses.

do some Time powers work better with melee or ranged minions? I know with bots, I can ignore the attack powers and focus on the minions and the upgrade powers. demon summoning has a debuff in a whip attack at least, and beast attacks bump up that pack mentality (still not sure if I'm taking that or not). I don't know if Time favors the ranged pets more like bots and gang, or melee focused pets from necro and beast.

well with Time's Juncture, you'll want to be pretty close to melee (25ft radius). I'm not sure how close you have to be to your pets to buff them...mids says 60ft for Supremacy so I guess thats doable. You'd have to constantly be between your pets and the mob if you were gonna use a ranged type pets. This is all speculation btw, sounds like you know alot more than me about mm mechanics.
