  1. this gets you pretty close to soft cap vs sm/leth without using Kinetic Combats.

    If you do use Kin Combats, its pretty easy to reach, and can give you more flexability on your power choice's (drop Manuevers).

  2. Energy Melee is better for single target damage.
    Elec Melee is good for single target and great for AoE's
    (i think 8 of 10 people would prefer Elec Melee for performance)

    I don't care for Kinetic Melee unless you're a scrapper (huge damage difference)

    I like Electric Armor and Willpower.
    I've heard Energy Aura has gaps in the protection, but im not seeing it atm.

    I would slot Dark Consumtion with damage since you have Consume.

    You know Fly requires a pre requisite power (Hover/AS) unless you have the vet reward?

    I would use a 4th Eradication in Blazing Aura for the HP.

    looks good!

    I'm tryin to make a DM/FA with my preferences to compare/contrast..I'm not liking defense on this build..seems like you'd have to give up alot, including buying over priced Kin Combats.

    With the fast recharge of Healing Flames and Siphon Life in your attack chain, I would just build for recharge and +HP.

    hmm..not happy with this build either.

  6. You've got 13 attacks, I would drop at least one..maybe grab Beanbag?

    Also, since you have so many click powers, you could easily drop Hasten (alot of theme based toons don't like the Hasten Hands). Then you could grab Hover.

  7. you might be happier with this build. It's less defense, but you'll be able to solo/kill stuff alot easier.

    ooh and which T4 do you have?

    Repulsion uses alot of endurance, but seems interesting to put proc's in it. You could try a Force Feedback proc too.

  11. any ranged def build is gonna look close to O_T's. I don't think ranged defense sits well with this build. Sm/leth defense would be pretty easy, but idk if I'd even do that.

    If Rock Armor or Frozen Armor fits your theme, then go for sm/leth defense.

    I don't see anyway of getting a "good" ranged/defense/Ill/TA build

    Widow is fine. You'll have higher perception than most AT's so Widow's are good at harassing stalkers.

    You'll prolly want SS, SJ, Phase, 1600+ hp, and 30~41 kb protection, and some ranged attacks.

  15. I would drop Energy Punch and move the slots to Weave.

    you will lose 2.5% rech from the loss of the LotG7.5%, but you will gain

    -better slotting on Weave
    -a more useful power (PB or SS?)
    -better defense (more slots available for Zephyr's)

    also if yer gonna use Spiritual alpha I would lower your rech on Hasten and BU.

    the Rech IO's are giving less than 5% recharge when you factor in a T4 Spiritual (basically BU will take 34.1 seconds to recharge instead of 32.1 seconds..)

    same goes for Bullet Rain, you could remove a Rech IO if you don't mind a 1.3 second longer recharge.

    If you like Power Boost, that could boost your heal and defense (4% def for 15sec)

    You could swap the Doc Wounds for 6 Numina's if you wanted.

    You could move slots from Aid Self in order to 6 slot Guassian's in BU.

  22. You'll want to get familar with Mid's Hero Designer.

    there's a lil button that allows you to switch between pve and pvp mode, so you can see how powers change, damage changes, resistance's change, etc

    for example
    Full Auto (a tier 9 power) does less damage than Burst (a tier 1 power) while in pvp mode.

    Psi/sonic/fire are probably the best blasters for pvp, but since you're learning just play what ever you want/have. Your primary powers will be less of a factor than your noobness

    blasters are easy to cap your HP at 1606, you'll want a phase power (temp or Conceal pool), try to get 25-41 kb protection (acrobatics give's 9 + 4~8 kb IO's)
