Need some help with ice/em build
this gets you pretty close to soft cap vs sm/leth without using Kinetic Combats.
If you do use Kin Combats, its pretty easy to reach, and can give you more flexability on your power choice's (drop Manuevers).

perma jump is ---> /up 1
This is pretty cheap, gets you all your core powers. Probably under 150 mil at buy it now prices. You can even have a bit more choice in Incarnate powers, as ranged will help you avoid most mezzes. I have macros set up for Break free combines, and I barely use one a mission. Soft capped Ranged. Im not sure about the Ice epic, maybe others can chime in about it. You can basically do this build with most secondary's.

I'm looking at making a blaster that is both an AoE behemoth and a single-target annihilator. Ice, luckily, has both!
Is there a way for me to soft-cap def to make it less squishy that won't ruin my bank account?
Any help would be appreciated.
